My recent dining experience at Puerto Blanco in Calpe was nothing short of a gastronomic delight. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew I was in for a remarkable evening of culinary exploration.

Nestled in the heart of Calpe, Puerto Blanco is a true gem that offers a dining experience unlike any other. The ambiance exudes elegance and charm, with a perfect blend of modern sophistication and coastal allure.

The menu at Puerto Blanco is a testament to the artistry and creativity of the culinary team. Each dish was a masterpiece, meticulously crafted to tantalize both the palate and the senses. The array of flavors and textures was a symphony of taste, leaving me in awe of the culinary expertise that went into every bite.

The seafood offerings were a true highlight of the evening. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were evident in every bite, from the succulent grilled octopus to the delicate sea bass. The fusion of Mediterranean influences with innovative techniques created a symphony of flavors that danced on my taste buds.

Equally impressive was the attentive and knowledgeable staff at Puerto Blanco. Their passion for food and dedication to providing an exceptional dining experience was evident in every interaction. They guided me through the menu with enthusiasm, ensuring that every dish was perfectly paired with a delightful wine selection.

The attention to detail extended to the presentation of each course, with every dish resembling a work of art. It was evident that the team at Puerto Blanco takes immense pride in curating an experience that engages all the senses.

5th June 2018, 5 people We live in the area and like value for money. There are so many good restaurants about, this one is trying to be up market but misses out. Service slow, arrived at the table and ordered drinks, 2 gin and tonic 2 rum and coke and water for the driver, came quickly were large and a small glass of gazpacho was a nice touch. 15 mins and we ordered the meal and white and red wine. An hour later the starter arrived still no wine but we had the small table arrive to put the wine on. After we finished the starters and trying to catch the wine waters eye, it was another 15 mins and it was given to us very nicely, the bottles put back on the table and we never had a visit to top us up. I guess we could have asked for it to be put on the table, I actually prefer that but we thought if it was there way, we'd go along. Another hour and the main arrives 3 lamb and 2 pork, the pork was lovely with a wonderful sauce but a very small portion. The lamb was much larger but very tough, not so much pink as not cooked. At one point the head water came to ask if everything was alright, we were fair but did complain about various and he soon sloped off without saying much. The deserts were fabulous and we said jokingly that if we came again, which we won't, we'd have starter and sweet. If you got this far well done, I think it is the sort of restaurant that if you are lucky with choices and get a good water you could have a great evening, we were unlucky. Not worth the price. They also allow smoking and dogs, we had both on two tables next to us didn't help. Not a patch on Christain's...

Local dining in a upscale feeling surrounding that caters to the more monied residents in a mostly residential area of West of Calpe, in Canuta de Ifach.

I've been visiting the restuarant for the past 3-4 years, and had the various tasting/set menus including chateaubriand, which comprised of one too many mousse / cream type dishes. The highlight of the meal was however very much the chateaubriand finished to order on the open top griddle in the middle of the restaurant. I saw one review that mentioned leaving feeling hungry, without context, and i can say without a doubt that the set/tasting menus which offer the most value and are well portioned (larger than "tasting" menu portions) if that it was concerns you!

With a friend's property just up the road, I’ll continue to return during the summer season (it was closed in February) as it is amongst the top...

Nice restaurant on the seaside next to newly rebuilt marina. The location is beautiful. There are different menu options: you can either choose from a few different a pre set options or order off the menu. The wine list was also good. Pros: - Great presentation - Vast variety and good selection - Everything tasted good Lobster risotto and tuna sashimi were excellent. Also enjoyed artichokes and pumpkin seed bread. Cons: If you sell oysters at 7.5€ a piece you better make them right. - oysters were extremely small size for that price. I understand they come different shapes and but for the price you charge you can select only the appropriate ones. - the oriental oyster is supposed to be a large long shaped oyster not the small round one. - Disappointing dessert menu. Otherwise great place to have lunch or dinner
