Nice and secured enclosed tourist compound of white semi-detached private houses. The owners, mostly Spaniards living in Seville and the North of Spain, rent their houses through a real state agent that is next to the compound. It has a communal swimming pool with gardens, a playground for the children, a tennis and basketball track and a restaurant-bar inside the compound. Most of the tourist are also Spaniards, mostly from Seville and the Basque Country too. The compound is connected by bus to the city centre and the beach. The bus stops by every 15 minutes in Summer and every 30 minutes in Winter. It is next to Lidl, the Spanish supermarket Mercadona, an ATM, the pharmacy and some restaurants. La casa muy bonita y camas cómodas, muy limpia, residencial muy tranquilo y cómodo para entrar y salir.... pero olor muy fuerte a tuberías, tuve que comprar ambientadores porque por las mañanas era insoportable y en la parte de abajo había cucarachas de un tamaño.....y el lavavajillas no funcionaba bien y nos tocó fregar a mano...
