Naturaki Casa Mabi — Hotel in Forallac

Beautiful hotel in the most amazing medieval town. Bedroom was clean and with a very comfortable bed. The whole hotel was beautifully decorated with very special touches of vintage furniture and local details. Breakfast was great. They don't have baby cots and there are a few stairs so not baby pram friendly but we couls leave it downstairs and the baby slept in the bed which had a good size. Bedroom had all amenities. Hotel just updated, evreything brandnew. Small building with 4 rooms . It’s located in the centre of the village... so close for several and diferent type of restaurants. No nos repusieron gel y champú en 4 noches.

Las habitaciones tienen una insonorización pésima y se oye todo. En particular, la suite 3, oyes las conversaciones a un tono normal de la suite 4. Por la mañana, si hay niños, es especialmente molesto. El personal, en particular, uno de los dueños, nos hizo sentir incómodos en algún momento. Estuvimos alojados 4 días, a 170 euros, la noche. El check out es a las 11. No tenían la habitación ocupada al día siguiente y a las 11:14h se presentó el dueño en cuestión a llamar a la puerta. Cuando salimos a las 12h y después de pedir disculpas, ni nos respondió ni miró a la cara. La razón pudo ser que ya tenía en mente cobrarnos 20 euros por esos 60 minutos en concepto de late check out. Si nos lo iban a cobrar, en todo caso, que tengan la valentía/deferencia de informar de ello y que nos avisen que lo van a hacer. De ese modo, disfrutamos de ese servicio y nos quedamos un rato más.
