I have been staying here for 2 months already. So far nothing has bothered me at all, on the contrary quality of my stay has highly improved.
Staff (from management to kitchen, reception to housekeeping) is extremely professional. They have an amazing attitude, they work as a good team, almost like a family and they see you as part of that family.
Foods are excellent quality, service is fast kitchen is clean and organised. As I said, I have been in Lleida for 2 months and never need to go eat elsewhere.
Hygiene is top level, hotel is cleaned and disinfected every day with detail. Housekeeping does an amazing job, both fast and in detail aswell. Even the hotel is particularly crowded (because of the restaurant and hotel quality), their preparations and measures against covid works effectively that I don't feel any discomfort even for a second.
Location is very nice in my opinion. It is neither off from the city center (10 min walk maximum) nor too close to the city that there is no discomfort from the noise.
I wouldn't say rooms are big but the furnishing are so organised that you have plenty of free space in the room that you can even do excersises in the room (which you don't need because they have a decent gym for that).
Overall I'd recommend here to everyone for short term stay or long term. From this day I will stay here for couple of months more but I have no doubt that these months will be one of the best experience...
Read moreI ve been staying at Ibis hotel for 15 days. I was allocated from my company here. Apart from the very good installations, comfortable bed and very nice breakfast, I have to take my hat off to the cleaning services and receptionists. The first one: I wake up sometimes at 9, sometimes at 9:30 sometimes at 10am and go have my breakfast downstairs. I take 10 minutes and when I come to my room, it's already tided and cleaned. This happens very often. I think they must have a sixth sense because as far as I know the ladies who do the cleaning aren't able to notice me leaving the room. The second one: the receptionists. In the 15 days allowance from my company, I had 4/5 days I wasn't at the hotel, so I received those 4/5 days extra. They managed to store my belongings meanwhile and they were very kind and patient when I , in a 3 days in a row, had to postpone my re-check in. Also I was allowed to keep my car at their parking lot. I am very happy to have stayed here and I truly recommend it. Just one suggestion: please put a power outlet...
Read moreWe slept in this Ibis hotel on our way to the south of Spain. I was somewhat used to "Ibis" because we also slept in one of their hotels in France. The rooms looked surprisingly similar! The general lay-out, the shower with upside down bottle of showergel, the touch button lights on the wall. Even the way the curtain closes was identical. Everything felt familiar.||Our rooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. They have a restaurant with a very affordable menu for dinner and a beautiful parking lot that fits about 30 cars? (My guess)||What I love about Ibis is that you can come and go at any time. There is 24/7 staff available and the gate from the parking lot automatically opens when you approach it in your car. We left at 6 in the morning.||Overall I would recommend any Ibis Budget hotel you come by. I have had no bad experiences with them in any country. Prices can vary WILDLY though. In this case I feel like prices are actually too low for what you get. It's much more expensive in France for the...
