Wow wow wow! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Fabiola's apartment, and it was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, Fabiola proved to be an exceptional host, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible.
The apartment itself is spread across two levels, providing ample space for relaxation and convenience. On the ground floor, there's a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy lounge, and a spotless bathroom. Upstairs, we found four single beds that were incredibly comfortable, perfect for a group stay. What stood out to me was how everything smelled new and fresh—so clean and inviting!
One of the best parts about the layout is the generous space on the ground floor, allowing us to keep all our luggage neatly tucked away without cluttering the living areas. Despite having read a review mentioning paper-thin walls, we didn't find this to be an issue at all. We had a peaceful and quiet stay with no interruptions.
Communication with Fabiola was seamless. She provided all the information we needed ahead of time, making check-in and navigation a breeze. What really made our stay special, though, was the welcome food and drink that Fabiola left for us. It was such a thoughtful touch, with a wonderful spread of fruits, breads, eggs, cheese, and yoghurts. It felt like we were visiting a friend's home, not just a rental apartment.
Overall, I can't recommend Fabiola's apartment enough. It's the perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and hospitality. If you're looking for a delightful place to stay with a fantastic host, this is it. I know I'll be coming back for...
Read moreStayed here overnight whilst doing the Camino. The Blue apartment 1.
Pros for me personally: *Beautiful *Clean *New *Easy access, approximately 1km to town and the Camino. *Restaurants within 300m *Shop 800m *Easy self check-in
Cons for me personally: *Blue apartment 1, also has blue apartment 2 attached. You can literally hear the conversations and every movement of the guests in apartment 2. *The bedroom window of apartment 1, is right on the communal courtyard, where smoking is allowed. *There is no fan or AC, so if you would like airflow you have to have windows open, in which you then get noise, light and mosquitoes. *The apartments are located under the flight path for the local airport.
To each their own, and this is not a negative review, only an honest review from my...
Read moreFabiola was super welcoming. The apartments are in a granite building with 3 stories. We had an apartment with 1 bedroom a kitchen eating area and a bathroom. There were 2 more rooms upstairs that we didn’t need but you could have more people in this one. There is a washer dryer on site. The grounds are beautifully manicured. It’s quiet. There are at least 2 good restaurants nearby and a small Mercado on the way to the Camino. The photos on the website don’t do this place justice. While it’s not an albergue, the other residents we met were also Pilgrims. We walked off the path a bit to get here, but heading out the path quickly merged back with the Camino. Walk to the Mercado and turn right at...
