Santa Llúcia Rupit — Hotel in Rupit i Pruit

Masia Santa Llucia is a wonderful rural hotel, located in the middle of wonderful nature, the natural park "Collsacabra". It is surrounded by lush forests and beautiful fields full of butterflies, as well as a donkey sanctuary - "Can Cames". |The masia is in Rupit, one of the most charming towns in all of Catalonia, with its cobblestone streets, the suspension bridge and the rural atmosphere that invite you to discover a unique, historic and essential town to visit. |To reach the masia Santa LLucia you have a moderately steep drive from Rupit up the mountain, even if you think you have arrived you have to continue up until you find a gate to the property, codes are sent in advance to open it. This location allows for the wonderful views that you have from there. The reception by Judith was wonderful and friendly, she accommodates your wishes and makes you feel so welcome. The hotel facilities are extremely Zen, comfortable and beautifully decorated. You can have a tasty and copious breakfast and dinner; the latter must be booked beforehand. The swimming pool is an excellent way to relax after a day of hikes and exercise. |From the masia, you can reach the center of Rupit with a 15-minute walk down and come back up without any problem and there are several hikes that can be done around the property and Rupit, including “Salt de Sallent” and different eremites. El fin de semana en el hotel ha sido una experiencia "horrible" y "decepcionante". La falta de profesionalidad y la invasión de la privacidad son mis principales motivos. Nosotros cómo clientes sómos quienes hemos de gestionar el check in, primero un link en el whats app y después enviandole la documentación también via whats app!! Yo misma tuve que hacer todo, les tuve que enviar el pasaporte de mi marido y el d.ni ( documento nacional de identidad) via whats app. !!! Tenia el sábado para disfrutar con mi marido y en lugar ede esto, tuve que estar contestando sus whats apps para el check in a Ferran( quien lo “gestiona”), Desde la 13 pm hasta las 19 pm del sábado estiuvimos recibiendo whats apps de él ,más llamada. Lo peor vino durante la cena!! Vino a pedirme mi d.n.i porque la compañera de él estaba introduciendo los datos, y queria mi número de soporte del D.N.I ya que al enviarselo via whats app lo quité por Seguridad. Me dijo si lo tenia en la habitación o conmigo en la cena , ya que la sesión le caducaba y queria introducirlo. en ese momento!!sQuiero cenar tranquil·la con mi marido y no ser molestada otra vez más.!!! Super importante cuando le envié pasaporte y d.n.i le dije que lo eliminara del mobil, me contesto que ya lo habia elimiando y luego en la cena me vino con el D.N. I en el mòbil !! así que en ningun momento estaba eliminado cuando me aseguro que sí. Si no bajas a desayunar, se moletsta, sino se lo aseguras, ya que me comento que un cliente habia marchado sin desayunar y queria saber seguro si iba a desayunar o no. Lógicamente le dije que no queria poner el despertador para enviarle un whats app , queria descansar y su respuesta fué si iba a dormir hasta las 11.30!!!! ( puedes bajar más tarde de la hora a desayunar) Logicamente no me voy a levantar a esa hora, pero, y si quiero hacerlo?? Me hizo sentir muy incomoda y el tracto poco professional. Primero estoy de vacaciones., no quiero ni sentirme nicontrolada y mucho menos juzgada.!!! Por cierto el desayuno es deficiente, no tienen zumo ( como alguién comenta) y el pan estaba duro y solo habia una rebanada integral. Cena ok, solo ok. No hay intimdad si abres para tener luz natural en la habitación desde fuera se ve todo, la bañera o la cama,( un espacio único) así que has de estar con la luz de la habitación , y los balcones tampoco tienen nada que cubran con el siguente balcón. Le pregunte como iba la calefacción ya que no pudimos ponerla para la ducha, el cuarto de baño es frio y me dijo que la calefacción era central però aún así...

We had an excellent stay at Masia Santa Llucia. Núria got in touch with us directly explaining how to reach the Masia and the codes needed to enter Rupit and the Masia. The room had amazing views and had everything needed and more. Bonus point for being environmentally friendly and sourcing local products. We decided to stay for their 30€ dinner menu and the food was excellent and flavorful. Great value for money. The best was however their breakfast the following morning. The selection of local breads, charcuterie, homemade jam, cakes… made it the best breakfast I had in Spain. Núria was an amazing hostess and made our stay truly enjoyable. We cannot wait...
