This is by far one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. Ever. I don’t normally write reviews but had to because of how wonderful this place and the staff were. 1. Get the breakfast included in your stay - it’s worth it. The ala carte egg menu is fantastic and the smaller buffet style by the kitchen is fresh and delicious. 2. We stayed in one of their garden cottages vs. the traditional room. It was a perfect getaway for us (a couple), with a beautiful terrace where you can be greeted by the animals on property. 3. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind - and made this experience 10 times better. 4. The entire property is beautiful, breakfast with a view, pool with a view, and the sunsets were incredible. I’ve already recommended this hotel to all my friends and family, and hope to be back again soon!

A surprising hidden gem.. what a lovely hotel, we haven't stayed here, but came for dinner with the family.. the atmosphere was out of this world, the staff is extremely friendly and warm, and will chat with you about life if you want to have such conversation. The food was excellent, as we ordered plates to share. They offered us a child seat for my 3 year old son.. sheep actually roam around like pets between tables.. a great impression for my boy.. great selection of cocktails and wines.. will definitely go back.. one thing you need to know.. getting to the hotel from the main street is tricky. And very narrow. Do not go with a big car. The smaller the better.

We had a beautiful experience here. Our room with breathtaking views from our bed. Just open the shuttered windows and doors for some fresh air and watch the sunrise. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautifully manicured with an infinity pool with more views for days! The photos don’t do it justice and won’t capture how truly stunning this property is.

Would definitely not call this a luxury resort and would rate the stay a zero if we could but feel it is imperative others are made aware of the unhygienic conditions of our stay. To clarify, on the first night of our stay at around 12am we both broke out in hives and an itchy rash. When inspecting the bed we found what can only be described as bed bugs , to which when we ran our hands over them, they squashed into little blood spots on the bed covers. (I have pictures which were shown to the hotel and booking.com).

We informed the lady working at the reception desk who came and saw the situation and switched our room. She did state that dogs are able to stay in the rooms and have done recently so said it could be a flea?- which was just unacceptable for a luxury retreat.

We had to repack all of our belongings at 12am and move them into the other room which was a massive inconvenience. Furthermore, the rashes persisted into the night so we were deeply uncomfortable and as a consequence of the events found it really difficult to sleep even in the new room due to being itchy and greatly anxious that something was in the bed.

The following morning, we chose not to discuss the events in light of trying our best to somewhat enjoy the rest of our stay and assumed this would be discussed on checkout. However to my surprise when checking out this was not mentioned at all, when I bought this up there was surprise and the staff said that we had been ‘upgraded rooms’. I informed her firstly we were never made aware of the room upgrade as at the midnight we were switched we were just told our room could be changed and secondly this is not an acceptable resolution.

Simply, our entire first night of the stay was ruined by what can only be described as an unhygienic oversight from the hotel.

When we tried to contact the hotel and booking.com making them aware of this- booking.com were most helpful and confirmed how totally unacceptable and unhygienic this was and offered their own resolution however the hotel customer staff were nothing short of rude and arrogant.

Within their communication about this situation the hotel made up entirely false and fabricated claims of things we hadn’t said; which makes me question their honesty and integrity as a resort and I I was deeply disappointed by its unhelpful and somewhat accusatory tone. They constantly mentioned how we had booked the cheapest room in the resort. Their repeated references to the cost of our room, and numbers were both offensive and misplaced. We paid the sum they perceive as "cheap" for a standard and sanitary room regardless of the cost. We did not stay in the resort free of charge and chose to spend our hard earned money with yourselves, aiming for a luxury break.

In short- I could never recommend this stay to anyone who wants to stay somewhere even remotely hygienic sleeping arrangement and the service afterwards is nothing short of derogatory and arrogant. I have stayed at many ‘luxury’ stays and to even label our experience as anything comparable would...

I think it is important to make a few things clear. The hotel is an old rustic finca in Mallorca - NOT a "Luxury Retreat". I mean NOT AT ALL! ||Two good things upfront: The garden is very nice and the views into the valley to the sea are beautiful. That's the upside. ||When we arrived it was difficult to get up to the hotel at all since the "street" or better "way" is in very bad condition. It is important you don't have a big car because it is almost impossible to get to the hotel in a big limousine or something similar. Ideally it is a Jeep or at least a small car. Parking is very difficult as well because all the ways are very tight. ||The entrance hall was so full of luggage and people - it was difficult to even get in. Obviously the farewell breakfast of a marriage was still going on what I understand. ||The rooms are so tiny that it was hard to put the luggage somewhere. The "bathroom" was so small that I let the door open to not feel like in a cave. I have no clue where the 4-star-rating comes from.||Because the house is badly soundproofed you can hear in detail what is happening in the neighbouring rooms which may or may not be interesting.||There is an a-la-carte restaurant in the cellar of the hotel which looks romantic due to the old oil-mill which is integrated in the interior. As it was raining we had some water coming through openings in the wall. Apart from this the food was good - however NOT worth the prices. Obviously the owners take advantage of the isolated position of the finca - it takes you at least 10 minutes by car to get to Soller.||Since the restaurant is closed on Mondays you are offered a platter of ham and cheese in the evening - interesting for a "luxury retreat". The breakfast itself was good - however, the room was very dark with a huge table - the feeling was a little special since none of the people on this huge table knew each other and also did not try to change it.||We wanted to leave the hotel immediately since it was obviously not fulfilling any of the created expectations. We were told that the owners have a very strict non-refund-policy. I tried to convince them - however I failed to do so. The concept is clear that earning money is more important than customer satisfaction which is also a clear position even if I don't like it. ||So we spent the whole day in Palma just returning to sleep and leave for the airport in the early morning. ||We will defininitely...
