Beyond disappointed in this hotel. Quite honestly have never taken time to write a review about a place ever but granted how bad we were treated I had to make some time. Room is supposed to be one of their nicer rooms but it’s tucked away all the way in the back and looks like a dungeon. Staff was friendly at check in and then that night a rainstorm happened. The front gate of the property didn’t work to get back in after a night out when it had started raining pretty bad for only about 10 minutes or so and we were stuck outside the gate with no way to communicate with anyone from the property. I just had surgery on my stomach over a month ago and am not allowed to do anything that could damage a delicate scar, and was forced to hop over this massive fence with the uber driver helping me on one side and my boyfriend in the other while his hand cut open from the rocks and bled. Get to the room, no power - we weren’t messaged the next day to see if there was much they can do and I do understand there was a big flooding in certain parts of town but the next day when we asked if we could get some food, we were met with an attitude and told ‘I’m not a chef’ and was brought a few things which could barely hold us over. Then forgot extra waters and when asked if she could bring some said yes with an attitude even though she had an umbrella and we didn’t so we weren’t able to grab anything. Lastly, WiFi never worked in the room and the service is horrible you won’t get service on your phone back there. We are leaving to check out - granted we took an hour and a half later (by 2 pm) and then told nobody was here to help with our luggage’s. Mind you- we are in the BACK of the hotel with over a 100 steps from the room to the front of the hotel. Like I said - I just got surgery I’m not supposed to be doing external force, when asked if someone can come help with the bags, the same very rude lady ‘well there is nobody here to help with your bags, the bag guy leaves at 1’ … we checked into the hotel and someone had helped us with bags and it was around 2pm (same time we were leaving) and then I let her know - ‘someone helped us bring them here though’ to which she responded … ‘we were doing you a favor’ as if luggage carrying to rooms isn’t standard for hotels and especially one that has hundreds of stairs and rocks to get to point A to point B. Save your money - stay somewhere more local this is tucked away hidden and far from everything. Staff is rude, food is underwhelming and service is horrendous. Beyond disappointed in my stay. Have stayed in over 1000’s of hotels and this has been the worst by all means in...
Read morePositives - great pool areas, nice views (when you stand up as you couldn't see them when lying around the pool!), we liked the general decor and vibe of the hotel and our room, loved our private garden / terrace area, we had lunch on our first day which was good, staff make you feel welcome, we liked the honesty bar around the pool||Negatives - considering that you are there for a minimum of five days, breakfast was extremely repetitive and basic. The same yoghurt with granola on top with different fruit underneath it. And the same type of bread every day. You're a bit stuck if you don't eat bread. What about croissants, fresh fruit salad, omelette, etc? You shouldn't have to pay extra for a different type of coffee or eggs - or for anything for that matter when paying around £300/night. We stayed in room 6 (someone else made this comment) and there was no door to the bathroom - not nice if you need to go to the loo freely if you catch my drift, shower had no light and had a shower curtain - a glass door would have been better. You could hear people in the bar area if they came back late at night which woke us up - room 6 is directly below. The wardrobe was tiny (we had clothes for a 10 day trip so couldn't fit it all in) and smelled musty, we didn't have help in moving our luggage from the car to our room. There was a 'pond' near our room which we were told was a chill out area, I assume used to be a working water feature but was just stagnant water - didn't look very sharp in a boutique hotel. The atmosphere was chilled but I found it a bit 'hushed' especially around breakfast time. I love chilling, but the hotel lacked a bit of atmosphere for me. ||Having said that, our stay was enjoyable, a good base to explore the island from, but wouldn't go back necessarily unless they sharpened things up and changed the breakfast daily - especially seeing that you have to stay there for a minimum...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Jardines de Palerm in Ibiza, and I am absolutely enchanted by this exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly and attentive staff who immediately set the tone for what would be a magical stay.
The hotel (less than 15 rooms) itself is a true hippie chic gem nestled in the hills of Ibiza. The lush, meticulously maintained gardens create an atmosphere of serenity and complete relaxation. The rooms are spacious, simply and elegantly decorated. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure absolute comfort, from the luxurious linens to the high-quality bath products.
The 2 pools are great and offer two different experiences. Relaxing by the main pool with a panoramic view of the Ibizan countryside is an experience in itself. The tranquility here is a true luxury, far from the hustle and bustle of the island.
The on-site restaurant is another highlight that truly elevates the experience. Offering a menu that combines fresh, local ingredients with creative flair, every meal is a culinary delight. From breakfast to dinner, each dish is beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. Dining under the stars in such a tranquil setting made every meal a memorable occasion.
The staff is always attentive and ready to fulfill any request with a smile.
In summary, the Jardines de Palerm is more than just a place to stay; it's a true experience. A haven of peace where luxury, simplicity, and exceptional dining meet in perfect harmony. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable stay in Ibiza. I will undoubtedly return on my next visit...
