We stayed for a week all inclusive having seen mixed reviews but overall this is a decent resort for a family holiday. I cannot fault any of the staff who are all pleasant, friendly and work incredibly hard all day long. Most speak English and some will also speak German, Dutch or French. All of the public areas of the resort are in good repair and clean with plenty of sun loungers available around all of the pools. I do feel it needs more parasols however which could be in short supply or all clumped together over a handful of loungers. The main pool is available 10:00 to 18:00 daily supervised by attentive lifeguards and varies in depth but is great for families to swim and play in. A smaller and shallower pool for small children is just behind the former poolside bar hut and there is a 2.25m deep pool adjacent to the splash park which has its own snack bar and bar. There is a poolside bar and lounge at the main pool however service here can be slow with just 1 or 2 staff on hand so queues can build easily. In here you will find a self service soft drinks machine and a pair of machines serving hot drinks. There are 3 restaurants serving the All inclusive food at set meal times (08:00-10:30, 13:00-15:30 and 18:30-21:30) but again it can get busy quickly and queues inevitably form, the La Tasca BBQ restaurant is open all day between 11:00 and midnight for snacks, burgers, hotdogs etc. The food is good overall with minor variations to the offering each night alongside the staple foods and each restaurant serves its own menu but there will be something for everyone on offer. There's 2 convenience shops on the resort, a small mini market near the main pool and a larger Spar near the entertainment tents. There is also a gift shop next to the mini market. There is an ice cream shop which is excluded from the All inclusive options. You can also wash clothes if necessary in a small launderette for €5 but beware there are only 2 machines. The dryers are €4. Evening entertainment is provided in the big top tent and changes each night but always begins with entertainment for young children followed by Bingo (cash prizes), we found this hit and miss and our children usually wandered off to the games arcade. The accommodation is where it fell short for us. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which was tired, a little run down and dated. The sofa smelled musty and damp, floor tiles were chipped and there was damage to some of the shelving and doors. The guidebook in the apartment says the resort was built in 1988 and refurbished in 2016. I suspect the tiling is the original tiles and the 2016 refurbishment was merely a lick of paint. The double bed in the bedroom is actually 2 singles pushed together and the pull out beds in the living room are very uncomfortable. There is a fridge and cooking area included but we didn't use these. The water pressure in the shower is laughably weak being not much more than a dribble but the apartment was cleaned every day with fresh bedding and towels. If you want to visit the local beach in Sa Coma you can either walk in 20 minutes or catch the free shuttle bus which runs every 15 minutes Monday to Saturday. It doesn't run on Sunday. A trip to the nearby town of Cala Millor is recommended particularly on a Monday morning for the market, reception will call a taxi for you and this cost about €8 each way.

Amazing Hotel with Splashworld Waterpark. Stunning reception area, very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful on check in. Easy map provided to find our apartments. Very clean apartment rooms, we had a family room with kitchenette that was supposed to sleep 4. We had a double and one soda bed that pulled out, unfortunately they only gave us bedding for 3 but they rectified this when we asked them and even offered a maid to go up and make the 4th bed for us. The 4th bed was the top of the sofa but it was perfect for my 12 year old. Our eldest son had his own room which was lovely, it was further away for us than we thought but they offered to move him closer if we wanted. Both rooms very clean. Clean towels and beds made every day. Hotel supplied beach towels but you only get 1 each, if you want a clean one it would cost €1 a time. The food selection was good, there was plenty to choose from, they were always refilling it and it was served lovely and hot. It would prove a bit of a nightmare if you had allergies because you could never tell what was in the dishes, you only got what it was. There were plenty of places to eat during the day and you could have as much as you wanted. Splash slides were amazing, there was always an inflatable ride ring available or if not there was only ever a short wait for one. Lots of choice with slides and our 9 year old managed to get on all of them. Both kids loved the splash slides there was plenty to keep then occupied. Place was really tidy, there was always people pottering around and cleaning the outside areas. There were lots of flowers around and beautiful palm trees that really made the place look nice and homely. 19 min walk to the beach with was lovely. The hotel did supply a bus that went to and from the front every 10 minutes which came in handy when taking inflatables to and from the beach. Lots of entertainment in the evenings. There was a different show on every night and some nights there was a quiz (we never stayed for the quiz) We seen flamenco dancers, magicians, comedy acts, jugglers and gymnastics just to name a few. We didn't use the kids clubs or any of the sports facilities but we joined in with the aqua gym and the pool dancing they done twice a day. Downsides: All drinks served in plastic cups unless you paid for drinks. Sun loungers around the pool went very early in the morning. We came down at 730 and people had placed towels down already so we struggled to get a loungers most days. A lot of people placed towels and we never seen the loungers occupied all day, which is just rude. The lounger issue alone would make us not want to return. The pool didn't open until 10am, it was near on 34° at 9am and we could of done with the pool being open to cool down.

Plenty of food and drink available all day (8am-12am) it's a very, very busy location, so be prepared to Q for everything. We found the pizzeria worked best for us for breakfast and dinner as it was beside the room. Loved the lunch from the grill bar from 1pm till 3pm they cooked lamb chops, pork, etc. Outside of these times, they had burgers, chips, hotdogs, etc. Food is repetitive if you fill your plate with all the choices each night. I do think the desserts had a poor selection. Breakfast was a hit with the kiddo who had pancakes, cookies, and toast each day. Again, a wide selection, not sure what else they could add to it. The lager on draft is fantastic and deffo not watered down, with size of glass and head 3 glasses approx 1 pint. The vodka is Rushkinoff Vodka. I personally wouldn't drink it, and when I saw bar staff use it to clean the bar counters in the circus tent, I was happy to be a vodka snob. Entertainment is grand. They work hard to put on a show each night, and they do it 7 days a week. Did I love it every night... no, but appreciate the effort. I wasn't mad on the bouncy castle set up or sellers a bit of a horrible carnival feel to it. They surely could set it up on the pitches or else where and have a better vibe to it. Rooms are OK, basic, and turned down each day. There are no issues on this side. UK TV channels, if that interests anyone BBC ITV, etc. Pools are lovely, but the madness of sun beds is something to make a normal person cringe. 430am one morning some clown was out rearranging beds and placing down towels. I waited till 10 am each day and joined the small few people who waited to go to Splash Park pools. Never an issue here. Lifeguards are really friendly and play along with the kids. Activities we did. We booked Aqualand with the TUI app and added a fast pass. 100% recommended to add pass as you arrive at 10 am and leave at 4 pm so the pass is worth it. Trike tour with buggy 4 fun was another excellent day out, as was the pirate show. For an evening out. We went to Cala Millor beech to do banana boats 15€ per person and 14€ for 2 beds and umbrella used the free bus to Sa Coma, and the electric bus to Cala Millor 5€ return and drop you back at Passion Bar. Deffo is worth a pit stop here, another nice bar and staff and good value. Staff in the hotel are all friendly and helpful from reception, bar, and waiter's. Would I return.. no, as it was too busy for me. But I wouldn't slate this hotel and the fabulous holidays it gives people.

Personal we really enjoyed our time at Globales Bouganvilla it is a hotel that caters to family's we was a couple without kids and never felt like it was over run with kids but this was in September. We also found it to be exceptional value for money we booked a last minute deal with first choice it was just under £980.00 for the two of us 7 nights including flights, transfers, luggage and all inclusive hotel ||FOOD and drink|We found the food to be amazing we would return to this hotel just for the food alone you have 3 restaurants to choose from no need to pre book any of them, One is a barque, one is a pizzeria but has so much more, and one is a main restaurant with more traditional foods oh and there is a snack and drinks bar it the waterpark but we never ate there. Honestly you are spoilt for choice we found the food the best we have ever had at any all-inclusive hotel we have stayed at. We was really surprized seeing as it is rated a 3 star. We found all three restaurants extremally good all the food is very fresh and quite a lot is cooked fresh right in front of you. My only regret is that I did not take any pictures of the food. And everything was labelled and if not we just asked simple.|Drink.... I am not a big drinker but found the beer, water, sparkling water , coffee machines that also offers hot chocolate to be very good, my partner same but he also likes shots and did find the tequila, whisky and vodka if taken neat to be better than normal. |||The Rooms|Yes they could do with being up dated the bathroom looks a bit tired but they are spotless we had a two room apartment one room had a small kitchen with fridge, hob, microwave, sink, a kettle and cups, but you have to by a jar of coffee or tea bags and milk from the one of the on site shops there is 3 shops one is a gift shop etc or bring your own. A table that seats four a double sofa bed, a coffee table and still plenty of room. A tv with at least 10 English channels never had that before very good. There is a small cupboard for putting your cases and other bits. The other room was a bedroom was also a good size plenty of room to put clothes and a full length mirror. The air con was the best we have ever had at first I thought it was not working because it was so quite, the maintenance man came within 5 mins of me complaining at reception, he was excellent at explaining how it worked you have to turn it on and wait a about 60 sec,s it will then start to come through after about 10 mins you will feel it blowing, it never made any noise in the whole 7 days brilliant. There is hand wash soap dispenser in bathroom and a shampoo and condition one. Our Shower had really good water pressure and plenty hot water no matter what time we showered ( but like I said before they could do with some updating )You will find blue towels in your room there are for the pool/beach you can change them at reception for 1 euro each. We was on the middle floor we had no problems with noise from above or below some reviews had said the walls are to thin but we did not experience this but this was September.||The grounds|Absolutely spotless plenty of waste bins everywhere gardens kept well pools and water park very clean no issues there. The sun loungers are a bit close together but you can move them about. No need to reserve a sun bed there is always ones free at any of the pools.|Every pool even the little kids pools has a life guard on them I counted 12 life guards on duty they rotate them round ever hour. All are friendly the ones on the water slides our very professional and friendly|||The entertainment |My only complaint about this is that we could not understand what the animation team were saying on the loud speaker when announcing what activity was going to happen, so I took a picture of all 3 activities boards in reception ( adult teens and kids one ) so did I not have to keep walking back to reception to see what was happing. Plus at night in the big tent especially with the loin king show because the microphones was so loud we was not able to make out what they was saying, they looked good on stage jumping about but had no clue what was being said it was just to loud. But the activates that we did were all very well carried out by the animation team, we did riffle shooting, Ping pong , Archery, Yoga, Aqua gym, Water mat, darts although the dart board needs looking at it wont stay on the wall and water polo. The shows at night were pretty good they have the normal kiddie stuff early on plus they have trampolines, blow up massive slides, bounce castle, go cart kind of thing, big Arcades room, and other stuff. all at extra charge After that its a slow game of bingo until the main act comes on. We only went to the main acts we had 3 guys singing Motown etc they were brilliant, A Michael Jackson show also very good, Magician show, Acrobats, lion king show, and some others. |||Sa Coma|The hotel has a free bus that takes you to the beach every day that runs ever 15 mins we used it about 4 times with no problems last bus down is 17.45 and last bus back is 17.55.The beach is massive beautiful nice sandy beach very clear water no stones, no seaweed, lots of fish quite shallow so good for kids. Plenty shops and bars if you want more you can walk towards the next beach where you will find plenty more. They have a market on a Wednesday evening from 6pm but ask at reception they will tell you about two other markets one on a Monday one a Friday that are a short cab drive away. We walked back twice takes about 15 mins, there is a massive supermarket that you pass on way back its was the only place we could get cigarette's from and then its only from a vending machine. ||RECEPTION||we found all the reception staff to be helpful and friendly easy check in and easy check out, ||OTHER Amenities||There is a free luggage room to store your cases||On site medical office||A lovely lounge to sit in when waiting for your transfer back to airport||free use of showers in the toilets next to the entertainment tent nice and hot we used our pool towels||They lay on a small breakfast if you have a early fight like us 5.30 am||A free bag for you to put you beach towels and stuff in ( you can take it home)||A clothes/towel drying Rack on you balcony ||We arrived at 1pm but rooms not ready until 3pm but we could eat, drink, and use everything, while we waited for room to be ready.||ice cream parlour extra charge||on site photographer extra charge||on site hair braiding extra charge | ||My negatives are ||There is no gym I am sure they could squeeze one in somewhere most folk like to lift weights like dumbbell's which take up less room than barbells nowadays. ||Our quilts and pillows had a bad smell the beds are comfortable the quilt covers, pillow slips and sheets are good but the quilts and pillows themselves need washing we had 4 quilts and 8 pillows in our room and they all smelted bad.||There is only one bar serving drinks all day and night unless you walk round to the water park or you can walk over to the barbecue restaurant and get a beer / wine and soft drinks from there. Don't really understand as they have a pool side bar that's shut 80% of the time ?||We would have like to boules included in the activates ||They don't sell cigarettes at the hotel.||We would return and have be looking at re booking for next year this time will bring the grandkids don't be put of by any bad reviews I almost was I am so glad I ignored them honestly the food when we was here was...

travelled in a group of 10 - 4 adults and 6 children (14,12,9,7,3 and 2 year old) for a week 15th-22nd Oct. My older 3 children made some good friends. They enjoyed the big slides in the splash park and playing football on the sand pitch. Though I do think parents need to watch their children. My 12yr old son was pushed around and smacked by a boy for days until he had enough of it and pushed him back all over the fact this boy wanted to look good in front of his friends, he then cried to his parents. ||We got to the hotel about 11.30am. Couldn't check in till 2 which wasn't a good start for us. They do have somewhere for bags if you wish to go for food or a look around etc. ||The adults played pool alot in the evenings which was good though a few of the tables took the money but never gave the balls. No one would sort it out when complained. So be careful if playing near the evening entertainment. ||Entertainment : it wasn't the best but nor was it the worse I've been to. There was a Michael Jackson show, acrobatics, karaoke, singing group. There is kids entertainment each evening which the animation team do try their best. Their is also bingo each night and sometimes a games night too. ||Pools: the pools are really cold, expected cold in October but it was another level cold. So adults didn't go in them. My 7 year old only went in it a couple of times as he also couldn't deal with the temperatures. Though my older ones didn't care and spent all day in them. Could always get a sun lounger no matter what time you turned up. We got at least 4-5 together at once. ||Weather: the weather was lovely. When we first arrived it was rain though after a few hours it warmed up highs of 27-28.||Room: we had 2 1 bed apartments. It had 2 twins pushed together, a sofa bed and a pull down bed. There was enough room to sleep in which is what we used it for. We couldn't complain about the cleaners at all. The room was cleaned every day though I did notice yesterday there was quite alot of sand in the shower and towels just thrown on the sofa. Other than that no complaints. They work hard and say hello if they seen you.||Complex: the complex itself is clean, the cleaners sweep and mop floors around apartments. Staff are picking rubbish up as and when it is seen. Though the staff at night could be better collecting the plastic beakers as some tables had them piled high for hours.|Generally the staff are friendly and approachable. Some of the holiday makers let the hotel down by not throwing cups and plates in the bin, instead leaving them at tables and sun loungers.||Restaurants: the queues are really long waiting for food. Having children it was just a long wait and they got fed up. Sometimes going a bit later you couldn't get a table in a certain restaurant. One day we ate at bbq restaurant the other 2 adults wasn't eating at the time so we moved to a white table next to the bbq restaurant tables to let others sit down to eat. The other adults later decided to get food and sat with us as it was really busy and staff from the bbq restaurant came and said they couldn't sit there as its part of another restaurant. I understand this but it's a silly rule. It's all inclusive. I'd understand if we was to leave plates around but we was taking them back. White table next to a brown one and you can't sit there is just silly. Another big party got told they wasn't allowed to bring food to the bbq place from pizza restaurant though she had a disability and couldn't sit at the tables though the staff wasn't having any of it. In the end we are out alot as we just couldn't deal with the queues and staff.|From what we did try the bbq place was better for lunch and the pain restaurant for dinner.||Food: snack bar chips, chicken nuggets, hotdogs and burgers. The chicken nuggets were always over cooked and hard, burgers and hotdogs were always cold. Taste very cheap. |Other restaurants.. If you aren't there when they are putting the food out you can guarantee you are having cold food. Couple in my party hardly ate as the food quality was really poor and cold. ||Flies: yes there are flies. We found that flies were mainly outside around the bbq restaurant. Never seen flies on the food and not as near as bad as some has said. ||The beach is a walk away. People say it's 20 mins though I have mobility issues so took me alot longer. There is a small bus that goes to the beach but people push on so it's a hit and miss you could be waiting all day.|Beach is nice and clean and good shops and restaurants on the way.|Though I would recommend not to walk if you do have mobility issues||Alot of hidden extras. Arcade, hair braiding, photography, gift and toy stall, trampolines and bouncy castles. There is also an ice cream shop and a bar that sells cocktails, sweets etc all at a charge. ||Over all it's good for children. My 7 year old is SEN so struggled alot with how busy and noisy it was and become overwhelmed with how much was around. He was ready to go home day 4. So i would recommend for children if they like water slides but for SEN children I wouldn't. Would I return?...

Be highly cautious when booking here. The issues encountered extended far beyond minor inconveniences, suggesting a business model that prioritizes aggressive cost-cutting and misleading advertising. What is advertised as a relaxing all-inclusive holiday is, in reality, a stressful, low-budget, and costly experience. What you book is guaranteed not to be what you will receive.||||1. WARNING: Systemic Deception and Forced Financial Upgrade ||This is the most critical issue: the hotel advertises one room type and delivers another, creating a deliberate financial trap that begins the moment you arrive.||Misrepresented Room Details and Forced Upgrade: We booked a one-bedroom apartment specifically advertised as including a double sofa bed and an additional pull-down bed. This layout was ideal for our family (17-year-old and 11-year-old siblings). Upon arrival, the room contained only one small sofa bed, which could not possibly accommodate both children. When we presented evidence of the advertised room description, hotel staff claimed the online information was an "error." No alternative bedding was offered. We were therefore forced to pay an additional €350 upgrade fee immediately upon arrival to secure suitable accommodation for our family's stay. ||Pattern of Deceptive Practices: We spoke with several other families experiencing the exact same issue; some could not afford the upgrade and were consequently forced to make do, resulting in teenage siblings sharing the small sofa bed. Crucially, the incorrect accommodation details remain online, meaning families are still booking unsuitable rooms for future stays. This, coupled with the prominent display of upgrade offers visible immediately upon check-in, suggests a deliberate pattern of incorrect advertisement designed to force guests into costly room upgrades. ||TUI's Refusal to Accept Responsibility: When we contacted TUI, they immediately blamed the hotel, stating that the hotel is “in charge of accommodation advertisement.” TUI accepted no responsibility for the misleading information and even attempted to shift the blame onto our independent travel representative. ||||2. Accommodation Failures and Hidden Fees (Room Comfort & Security) ||The hotel nickel-and-dimes guests while delivering subpar and poorly managed accommodation:||Mandatory Security Fee: The in-room safe—a basic requirement for security—is not complimentary and costs an additional, non-negotiable €40 per week. ||No Complimentary Water Policy: Unlike other all-inclusive resorts, there is NO complimentary bottled water in the room. This has to be purchased from the on-site store at a massively up-costed price. Guests are explicitly advised against refilling personal bottles, forcing daily, expensive purchases of a necessity. ||Costly Up-sells: Be mindful that the on-site ice cream shop is a separate, additional cost. If you have children, this can quickly become an expensive daily burden. ||Security Failure: Do not leave any items unattended. We left a pool ball and other small pool items briefly on our sun loungers while swimming and returned to find they had been stolen, highlighting poor security and oversight in guest areas. ||||3. Dining Chaos and Vile Food Quality ||The food hall experience is severely undermined by poor quality, overcrowding, and non-existent service standards:||Vile and Low-Budget Food: The food is explicitly vile and low-budget. This failure in product quality is the central issue, driving crowds to the only slightly more tolerable option, the always-overcrowded pizza restaurant. ||Non-Existent Refill Policy: Food, especially high-demand items like desserts, is often not replenished quickly enough, or at all. This critical failure in stocking creates a highly stressful "if you’re not fast, you’re last" dynamic, where guests must rush and scramble to secure food. ||Chaotic Queuing: For guests accustomed to organized lines, be aware that queueing systems are effectively nonexistent. It is a chaotic "grab-what-you-can" environment resulting from scarcity and overcrowding. ||Rude Staff: We found the dining staff, particularly at the BBQ restaurant, to be notably rude and unwelcoming. ||||Final Recommendation ||This resort combines systemic deception (forced upgrades), poor-quality products (vile food, security risk), and customer-hostile operations (refill chaos, hidden fees). Factor in the cost of the forced upgrade, water, and safe into your budget, and be prepared for a fight for your food. We strongly advise booking a...
