I would not recomend you booking it. During our stay everything went ok. However as soon as we left the landlord's behaviour completely shifted and he refused to give back any portion of the deposit claiming they had to clean the whole house and repair a flush. Deep cleaning is something my family assumed to be normal with the current pandemic so we did not understand and he did not answer our calls anymore. It seems as he wanted to make extra profit or just cover up for maintenance issues on the house. Plenty of nice places on the island to go to, so...

We have enjoyed another fantastic holiday at Bellavista. Josep could not be more helpful. The villa is spacious, well appointed, and well maintained. Our 2nd trip and certainly not our last to our little bit of heaven....
