I had to book into a hotel as my dad (whom I meant to visit) had gone to hospital and I didn't have keys to his flat. Staff were really calm, courteous and helpful even when it was discovered that my 500kr notes were too old and no longer valid. In the end I contacted my sister who booked the room over the web for me. While waiting coffee was given to me and I was never treated as an irritating or annoying customer; quite the opposite. I found the overall style of the hotel classy. The room was a straightforward single with a really nice bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic with many vegan options and with a good time window (served up to 10.30 am). As I had no toothpaste I was given a free set from the receptionist. Read moreThe renewed Best Western Plaza Hotel in Eskilstuna, Sweden is a good option for a stay. The hotel has a gym and a sauna and a beauty parlor/ massage. Breakfast good, the sandwiches sold as well. Coffee comes free. Breakfast is exceptional and rich. The average impression is good, the price per night is actually very price worthy because the breakfast is included. I give four star for the hotel because of the window frames are sinking the average impression in the rooms. Five stars for the staff,...

Inside the gym, we were asked to lower our music volume due to a personal trainer using the space for her clients, with no compensation offered for the intrusion into our "included in the room gym time."
In our extensive travels across Sweden, the commonality of having a sauna included with the room booking makes the demand of an additional 20 euros for access seem exorbitant.
