Generally speaking a pleasant 3-night stay. The room was tidy and presented as advertised. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the beds. The breakfast was quite alright, although with only a few meagre, unappetizing vegetarian/vegan options available.

Hotel staff were very pleasant to interact with and quite accomodating.

However, the cleaning staff were rather noisy and unprofessional, and they had managed to leave behind dirty cleaning supplies in our room multiple times to our chagrin. The room feels neither "clean" nor "cleaned" when you have to pick up dirty washrags from the desk, right next to our own belongings. We were woken up on the morning of our third night by a cleaner speaking loudly on the phone in the room opposite of ours with the door wide open.

Past that we discovered extensive spotting of mold in the shower.

Some rooms, including ours, have the toilet & washbasin almost overlapping which makes a narrow fit for some people. It was not an issue to us personally but the staff immediately offered a new room if it would turn out an inconvenience, they similarly offered to swap when we...

I stayed at ProfilHotels Savoy Jönköping for two nights. The staff was very kind and always smiling – definitely the highlight of the hotel.

Unfortunately, the fitness facilities were extremely poor. The treadmill was of very low quality, the stepper was completely broken, and the bike did not display data correctly. The sound system was out of order as well. On the positive side, the Atlantis strength machines were old but solid and reliable.

The room, however, was disappointing. The decor felt outdated, with peeling walls and very poor lighting. For the first time in my life, I saw a TV placed in such a way that from the bed you only see its back in the middle of the room – a very odd setup. The bathroom was dimly lit, and the beds were terrible: old spring mattresses with the lowest quality bedding.

Breakfast was decent but nothing special. The price is very high for what the hotel offers, though I believe that is a common issue across Sweden. Another big downside: the hotel has no parking, neither inside nor outside.

Overall, it was a decent experience thanks to the staff, but I would certainly not choose this...

Что с розетками? Проверили все! |Хочется приглушённый свет вечером!? Не тут то было или весь свет горит или только одна лампочка над подушкой, при том что есть 2 ночника. ||Мы спали хорошо даже с открытым окном, а вот друзья у которых был номер на 2 этажа выше нашего, выехали, потому что не могли спать из за шума от ближайшего ночного клуба. Мы ещё при заезде заметили бируши и поняли они не просто так из предлагают на ресепшене. |Come on hotel Savoy вы же 4 звёзды. Ну поменяйте окна со звукоизоляцией.
