The staff really make this hotel a fantastic short stay location. They could not be any more helpful, even after checkout. They stored my baggage before check-in so I could explore the city, they gave me a free travel pass for the tram, and they stored my bags after checkout and organised a free airport transfer. Customer service is absolutely top notch. They all seem to speak 3+ languages too, which is nothing short of amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable too, but a minor gripe is that my double bed was two singles pushed together with single bedding, which was a little unusual! The TV has barely any channels but if you're here on holiday, you won't be watching it much anyway. I stayed in the "quiet zone", but there were several very noisy children screaming and parents playing children's TV at full volume through the night, so that was a little annoying, but not the hotel's fault. A drinks menu with prices would be nice in the bar area, and a restaurant menu with prices in your room would drive sales. Decor is great and the building is well maintained. The location is close to the airport on a quiet retail estate, five minutes from the main tram route to town or CERN. Make sure you check out the Alpine Garden and Reptile House over the road too!

We arrived around 12pm and was told that we had received a free upgrade which was amazing. We was also informed the room would be ready at 3pm and to come back at 3pm for the key card. We had to ask if we could leave our cases anywhere this wasn't offered (Our cases was just left by reception no proper area for storage). We went off and returned just after 3pm to be told our room still wasn't ready and they had no estimated time it would be ready and we are to just wait around in lobby. After about a 20min wait, and watching numerous people get given their key card, we then approached reception again to see how much longer and was told they are trying to change the rooms around, then after another 10/15 min we was given a paper to sign with our key card. The room was absolutely beautiful and very spacious no complaints. Location is a good to get into the city centre. A free tourism travel card is available, but again we had to ask reception for this it wasn't offered at check in. The reception lady was very reluctant to even explain where tram stop was and how to get into city centre. Staff at reception let the hotel down a huge amount. Free airport pick up available which is a plus.

If you need a hotel near Geneva Airport, avoid this one. Despite its name, Hotel NH "Geneva Airport" is far from the terminal, requiring a 30-minute walk across a busy highway, which is unsafe, especially at night. The airport closes at 00:00 to 04:00, you'll be stranded with no proper access. Agoda’s booking confirmation states that the city tax is 4 CHF per night per person, but I was charged 7.50 CHF instead. The staff never checked emails—I requested a late-night pickup, but they left me waiting. Later, when I had to walk so far away, and upon arrival I saw a van picking up only white tourists, while others were ignored. The discrimination was obvious. Adding to the frustration, the receptionist had to reset my room card twice—not what you want after a long flight. This so-called 4–5 star hotel is overpriced and doesn’t meet expectations. Look elsewhere! To avoid these issues, consider hotels within walking distance that offer courtesy shuttle buses for guests. Upon arrival at the airport, I saw their vans ready for pickups: - Ibis Hotel - Nash Pratik - Nash Airport - Nash Suites Hotel - Mövenpick Hotel

We chose to stay here instead of booking a ridiculously small city-center room. We’re glad we did.||NH’s loyalty program remains one of the best designed, far more straightforward than Accor or Melia’s, though one only wishes they had more properties. The family room we booked was genuinely spacious and well worth the slight supplement. Complimentary water and tea/coffee facilities were provided, with user-friendly kettles and machines in the room. The air conditioning was string, to the point that we turned it off in the early morning.||Bathrooms were modern and spotless. The Wi-Fi worked reliably, the lobby was more spacious than expected, and service at Reception was professional, welcoming, and efficient. A cursory look at the hotel from the entrance belies its size, because it’s a round structure (which also means you should ask for a room near the elevators if you’re travelling with older people).||As with all NH hotels we have stayed at, the beds (and especially the pillows) were just right.||Breakfast had everything one could ask for (except perhaps a live counter): the breads were fresh (the mini-croissants a sensible choice & the variety of fruits very welcome). A few branded yoghurt varieties would have helped, as the big pot they kept had yoghurt that was far too sweet for regular tastes.||The only drawback was the parking fee. CHF 30 per night felt steep, even for an airport property.||The location is very convenient: the hotel sits directly on the long tram route (lines 14 and 18) that links the city centre (Bel-Air, about 25 minutes away) and CERN (just four stops, six minutes). Trams can be crowded, so seats are not always easy to find. These lines generally get pretty crowded, expect to be pushed to a corner unless you can get a place to sit). Everyone staying at the hotel gets a free tram/bus/boat pass for Geneva, so yay.||Overall, a comfortable stay with practical advantages, and a property we would...

I was given a friendly welcome and was able to leave my cases as i arrived early. I got booked onto the shuttle bus without having to enquire. ||The hotel is quite modern looking and there were vending machines for water, juice, wine! Although, of course, very expensive so window shopping only.||I had a drink at the bar, the server was friendly and efficient. The seats were comfy and clean. ||The room was basic and had everything needed for a night. The bed and pillows were comfy. ||The room was excessively warm (23°C) and while I had the window open until sleep time it was too noisey to keep it open due to it being an airport hotel and being in close proximity to the airport. I don't know if the air con wasn't working or if I was doing something wrong but it wasn't possible to reduce the temperature. ||The bathroom was significantly cooler. No heated towel rail. The extractor fan was broken and you could see black dust. The bath wasn't draining quickly and so showering wasn't the most pleasant. ||Breakfast wasn't the best, very pale, unappetising sausages. Good selection of teas and juices. ||I was able to check out using a link that had been emailed to me meaning I didn't need to go via reception. The mini bus to the airport was very good, a pleasant man helped put the suitcases in and got me safely to the airport. ||I would stay again providing future reviews...

The hotel was exceptional. From a smooth check in to bar service, dinner and everything in between. I stayed for 5 nights to attend a conference at Palexpo. The shuttle picked me up at the airport and I arrived at the hotel within 10 mins. The lady working at the concierge was so welcoming. She provided me with a map to all the must see Geneva destinations and explained how the transit system worked. I used the public transit pass included in my stay daily. The 14 or 18 tram to downtown is steps from the hotel.||I enjoyed the bar service. The bartender was fanastic. She always had a great suggestion for a late night snack or glass of wine. I loved that the hotel offered an enviromentally friendly initative in exchange for going a day without house keeping you would get a ticket for a glass of wine/beer/soft drink. I had the breakfast daily. The fresh breads were so yummy. They also provide an a la carte menu of a few hot items. The fruits were very fresh. I had dinner in the resteraraunt once and the food was very good. The steak was my favourite dish. ||The shuttle was quick and a great way to get over to palexpo. ||The room was great. Very clean. Beds comfy. I didn't watch tv as it was all in French but I wasn't here for that anyway. The wifi was great.||||Overall I was very impressed for the comfort...
