Pfister — Local services in Meyrin

Worst shop in Switzerland. Have previously purchased from micasa, Livique even ikea and never had issues. In Pfister 3 out of 4 items i bought arrived broken ( how can one brake à wardrobe door and a comode basement??) I made the oder in October 9 and 4 months later the goods have not arrived ( even though the promised delivery period was 6-8 weeks) and they cannot indicate when i will finally get them: they keep on saying 4-5 weeks to replace broken parts for 6 weeks now. Apparently the ordered replacement were « lost » and reordered again. The post sale service is so « busy » that it takes them a week to reply to email and only after several reminding calls. For these prices one could expect better service especially taking into account that the same items can be purchased in Annemasse at a significantly cheaper price. I wish I knew that...

Purchased a bed through Pfister. After waiting over three months, the bed finally arrived only to find that essential parts were missing. Pfister refuses to take responsibility (the issue is apparently with “the brand,” though one might reasonably wonder why a retailer would not stock spare parts for its principal suppliers). To compound matters, customer service has been entirely unresponsive for over a week, eventually replying only to inform me that they had not received a response from “the brand”...as if this were somehow my concern, or as if they were incapable of simply picking up the phone and reacing out to them.

I cannot recommend buying...

I bought a wardrobe with the Moemax brand. There were special metal plates missing in the pack, which were important for the stability of the wardrobe. The customer service told me to look for them in a DIY shop and send a note for reimbursement ! Unbelievable as it's not a standard part you can find just anywhere. Or, to disassemble the wardrobe, hire a truck to take it back to the shop, and wait another 5 weeks for another one. Oh and I forgot to add the item arrived a month late too. Such a shame, the shop was good about 15 years ago....
