Penghu is a beautiful island.||We stayed in Migrator for 4 days in December 2019 during the winter break, off peak season. Owner is warmth and considerate. She confirmed our arrival earlier through email then picked us in Magong airport. Breakfast is provided and owner drove us to the nearby seafood eatery shop for dinner at our choice and expense.||Our initial plan was to self drive and somehow did not make it due to the weather. Female owner then advised us with few options and recommend an experienced taxi driver where we managed to travel around. She even drove us to Magong for a leisure walk on the second day.||As can be seen from the photos, Migrator is located right in front of the beach and merely own the whole stretch of the quiet beach. We enjoy a scroll every morning with the accompany with their dogs and a few sea birds. The entire environment is serene.||We are eager to know that the male owner will lead his guests for a night walk in the late evening when low tide, if his time permits and we made it. Though the wind is strong with slight drizzling, he patiently explained to us the habitat of the crab. We did not manage to find any of them at last but it was a special experience.||||This B&B is well suited for guest who appreciate the nature, looking for privacy and dogs lover. Their dogs (1 young male golden retriever and 1 older female through adoption) are friendly and playful. Good environment with friendly pets are always our choice and Migrator never fails us.||||There are plenty of beautiful with good service B&B in Taiwan where you can easily pick up from web. Just do your research and select a nice accommodation for a...

Read moreI am judging based on their target guest, not as a comparison to the typical B&B. Migrator wants to provide a getaway that is environmentally conscious in a natural environment. It is a remote location and there is no TV. There is a Bluetooth speaker for music. There is a small sailboat and kayaks. There is a nice beach at high tide and huge rocky flat to explore at low tide. Service is good and a good breakfast is served, but it is a set meal with no choices. There is no refrigerator in the rooms, but you can use one in the lobby. Typical throwaway amenities are not provided but you can purchase non-throwaway things if you forgot to bring your toothbrush, etc. Our room had a 2nd loft bedroom with a skylight and both rooms had huge windows looking out to the sea. I would have liked a small table and chairs on the balcony with the option of taking my breakfast out there. The biggest quibble with the room was privacy. People on the balcony next door could easily look into our room, which some children did several times during our first afternoon there. Would I go back? Yes I would, but recognize that you are not near anything else and you need transportation. And it's not for those who want to be "where...
