Luti Cafe — Hotel in Green Island

Friendly and helpful staff! (Hi, Penny!) Great view of the sea! The room we stayed in was clean, comfortable and equipped with modern fixtures. Please note, there is no daily cleaning service. This hotel offers scooters, activities, and food. The ability to rent the electric scooter from the hotel makes life easy and keeps our carbon footprint low! We signed up and paid for the snorkel activity with them- It would have been a magnificent experience but the snorkel I was given had not been checked and was actually broken. I was underwater with a broken snorkel and had to come up to clear the tube of water every 2-3 breaths. It was so frustrating, so inconvenient and a complete distraction away from the beauty I was experiencing. I made a complaint to the instructor and he just shrugged it off, so I went to the owner. The owner apologized and quickly threw the snorkel away. The Luti Sea Shore restaurant next door has good food and it is a convenient location right next door! We could not be much happier with our experience with the hotel and staff! They booked our ferry tickets and then picked us up from the dock. Rented us a scooter, arranged a snorkeling tour, lent us snorkeling gear for free when we wanted to do snorkeling on our own, had a nice simple breakfast every morning and were just all around helpful and sweet. They have a girl who speaks English working for them so that helped too. The hotel is modern and clean, bathrooms with huge showers. Hotel is located on the main drag, near restaurants, with ocean views....

The seashore location being able to be seen from the window in my room was quite enjoyable. The restrooms are cleaned and well maintained as well as fully stocked with toiletries such as shampoo and body wash/shower gel. Moreover, the hospitality the staff provided made this stay much more homely. Being close to the cafe also helped with finding a place to eat.
