East Coast Hotel — Hotel in Hualien City

What I loved about this hotel is the affordable spacious family room and their soft bed mattress. The staffs were friendly and tried their best to help us even though there was a language barrier. The breakfast buffet is limited and didn’t taste that good but there were western foods. If you want to eat outside, there’s a restaurant next to the hotel. There’s a near convenience store too! It's actually a very nice hotel. But there are too many defects when we take in account the high Costs for a Single doubleroom. the bathroom was mouldy the facilities didn't work properly they didn't told us beforehand that the breakfast on the following Day wasn't included because of some circumstances no english support the carpet was very dirty If we knew it before, then we would never dropped in for this...

Courteous and attentive staff. Very helpful in getting us a taxi. Very photogenic lobby. Clean room, prompt service. No laundry area but there is a laundry shop right in front of it. Breakfast from 7am to 10am is available. Soft and comfortable bed. Bathroom glass needs more thorough cleaning. No bidet but has a bathtub. Would love to...
