The check in system is really weird. We traveled here by train, looking forward to checking in to use our private bathroom. But after we checked in at the reception, 2:55pm, only 5 minutes before the official check in time 3pm, the receptionist indifferently insisted not to give us the key until after 3pm, and asked us to wait in the lobby resting with all the other early guests. At 3pm, there is a long line formed, not until more than half an hour later we got out key to our room. It doesn't feel a 4 star hotel in room facilities.
The restaurant has mostly Chinese food, my European travel partner couldn't find much to eat. But the restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, better than the reception staff.

They were nice and professional but no one wyły reception smiled (which is for free) no greeted you with happiness 😔 I would still stay again in this hotel due to amazing price for what we got - also including breakfast and dinner (both all you can eat buffets. Luckily the staff at restaurant was super kind and smiley and helpful even with limited English. I suspect that it it might be due to busy day caused by some bigger event but still.
