I went here with many other people, traveling together, i think this is a great place for big family to hangout, or for a big party of people overall. The place is really comfortable with such a beautiful scenery to see on every window. My only complaint is that they can improve their cleanliness a bit, it's not that it's very dirty, however there are some places that can be cleaner. Also why the downstairs' restroom doesn't have any hand soap, lots of guests will use the restroom so a soap would be much appreciated.

*分享我的經驗,請慎思訂金是否有保障住宿的權益? 3/30 訂房當天付訂,預約五月底要入住,當時我們人數比較少,老闆要我們包3樓,2樓給另一組客人 他承諾另一組人不會使用我們A棟公共空間,他們包了B棟會去那邊使用,他們說只有睡覺會回房而已,可以放心 4/29 老闆打來説包B棟那組人退訂了,所以他要把原本2樓房間賣給其他客人,不然只租我們不划算,卡拉ok會給我們單獨使用,但公共空間還有早餐還是得一起,他沒辦法阻止客人,與同行友人討論後雖然覺得很勉強,但還是想說不要讓民宿老闆損失太多,疫情也比較趨緩了,所以我方答應老闆的要求,老闆並承諾疫情若嚴重他可以比照民宿退費標準,14天前可全額退款 5/5 老闆又打來跟我說他不能賣給我們,因為疫情關係,他們想改成一天只接待一組客人,我方完全不同意退款,卻硬性要求
這樣完全不顧慮客人的權益,訂金不就是保障住房權益嗎?如果覺得疫情關係,在3月我訂房時就不該接受我的訂房,讓我能夠有更多時間找到其他民宿,又或者是在4/29時協調退費,為何在5/5才想到考慮到目前有疫情呢?實在匪夷所思⋯ 中間我花了許多時間接老闆的電話,回老闆的line,以及要和同行的友人溝通,到了最後又要花更多時間去尋找其他民宿⋯ 我想老闆也一定會上來解釋,是因為疫情的關係⋯吧啦吧啦客人一直取消訂房之類的,我在電話中已經聽了無數次鬼打牆的解釋,請參考我的上一段,因為疫情關係的話就不該接受訂房,若是疫情嚴重時,我也只是要求比照條款14天前退費標準而已,並沒有強人所難呦 我昨天仔細看了在google的評價,發現老闆都會很強勢的解釋在這邊客人給的中肯建議,我想這篇一定也是如此⋯我不期望民宿老闆會反省失誤,只想...
