Dont go! We have just had lunch there and this is what happened:||1 Ordered white wine and told them to bring it cold. They agreed. After 15 minutes, still no white wine and told us it was being served at room temperature...in Arusha it is 28 degrees C. They tried to tell us it will cool down but there was not sufficient ice to do it. I then had to go back to my house and bring my own bottles of white wine. When the bill came, they charged me for 1 bottle of wine , which we never consumed as the owner, Rocco, gave me permission to bring my own.||2 We asked for 3 glasses, got one and then after 30 minutes got 2 others which still had lipstick marks and both bases broken. After 1 hour, as they obviously had to go and buy other glasses, we got 2 dusty wine glasses which we had to clean ourselves.||3 Ordered nyama choma but the grill and charcoal were not lit and only lit after we ordered so we waited 1.5 hours for the nyama choma.||4 No mbuzi choma...in Arusha? Really???||5 We ordered chicken curry with chapati (as stated on the menu) but it came with French bread....since when is French bread a Swahili dish?||6 Our ugali and mchicha took longer than grilled meat? How is that possible when they are both plant based?||7 Our bills came (one for food and another for drinks),not itemized, totally wrong until we asked for the itemized bills and we then found out that the bills were overcharged by at least $25||8 The owner Rocco, avoided our table all afternoon. Did not want to deal with us and be upfront with the disaster of his restaurant.||9 We arrived at 12.55 and we left at 16.05...not the quickest lunch ever||10 Andrew's here we come........the best place for nyaman choma, have great service and chilled white wine.||I will never go back to The Boma again and it is a shame as it is very...
