I stayed at Kingjada Hotel 3 separate times on this one long trip to Tanzania. I have to say that out of all the places I stayed it was the most comfortable, spacious and affordable. ||I found the staff, particularly people like Jackie and Johnson (front desk), Hussein and Bakari (in rstaurant) trying very hard to make my stay and meals enjoyable. Even the security people welcomed me and helped me carry my bags into the lobby - first time I’ve had that type of service.|| I appreciate good customer service and friendliness as I ran businesses focused in that fashion as well.||The hotel is relatively new but in an older building and it is a bit worn in a few ways. I hope the owner continues to update in ways I found in some of the rooms I stayed in.||I plan to stay here when I come again...
