Maisha Executive Motel, Sinza — Hotel in Dar es-Salaam

The place was good. Being that Dar Es Salaam is very hot the rooms are equipped with A/C. If there is no load shedding you can enjoy your AC throughout your stay. There is a small kiosk outside the hotel were you can buy your chips for as little as 3,000 Tsh (1.50 or 2 USD). I recommend you try chips with eggs (Just say ",Chipsi Mayai" to the seller. There are also shops around where you can buy toothpaste, drinking water, sodas and some snacks.

The place is also accessible with a car.

The pricing of the rooms starts from 25,000 TSH which is about 15 USD or less (by the rate of February 2024 Exchange Rate)

There is enough security for you and ur stuffs though I wouldn't 100% bet on it.

There is packing on the next building. Which is also theirs that you can park your car.

They can do better on sanitary side of things.MY room had a slight oudor, not even sure what that was. My toilet could have been cleaner and the water pressure is average.

Not sure there is a person's with disability entrance but still very accessible.

I just love that I could use the AC all the way and there were not so much noise, I could sleep peacefully. Am not sure if they have double beds my room was a single bed suitable for two people though not that spacious. I didn't notice any security cameras. This lodge can be found off Shekilango Road on a pleasant dirt road. The rooms are simple but adequate. Some still smell like they were once smokers, and occasionally you can see roaches.

The reason for the three stars is the service is actually really good and the location and price if 25k. All of the employees are male and really helpful. You must stand outside the hotel building to access the wifi, as it is not functional in the rooms.

Unfortunately, if their friends have had alcohol, the same male staff members and their pals can become quite rowdy at night. Aside from that, this place is decent given its...
