I met terrible situations and poor customer service of the decade 🙌

I met this young lady with attitude and who doesn’t care about the customer, her replies yo some of my question about the room was just bad. I was tired and it was approaching mid night i had to sleep so that i can rest and get ready for my next morning.

Inside the room there were no cold water to mix with hot water At least to some reasonable temp for shower😀. In the morning i called her to help me she was like “ok!” They gave me bucket 😀 full of cold water to mix and take shower⚠️.

Breakfast was just terrible 🫢. They gave me leftovers i picked taro (magimbi), they were even smelling cold and u cant be served in commercial places.

Nice food, nice location with disturbing views and little bit noises from nearly vehicles passes.

Food price is little bit higher but generally s moderate when compared to the quality of the food itself.

Stuff are super cool and charming when come to work with clients.
