Went to eat there for lunch. The food was good. The drinks was good and the service was average. I stayed until the hotel overnight once and the A/C barely worked and the internet is horrible. Please fix the internet if you want to be considered a good hotel. This is 2023/24 your hotel should have adequate internet. Also the water heater button is outside the room. No one tells you and you just end up taking cold showers. Why the button outside? I guess so they can monitor electricity use? Who knows, please tell your guests where the water heater buttons is located at check in.

Love it at Mesuma... A few items are missing to make their services superb - a kettle and some tea/coffee or other hot drinks. Otherwise very spacious rooms.

The worst service and experience ever !! Imagine I paid 100,000 (45$) for a room per night and the next morning they restricted me from leaving the premises asking me to pay 10$ extra for a makeup stain for makeup stain that can be easily washed by jus detergent! Why do u need housekeeping if u want the towels to be as white as snow !! We are human! We all get dirty! We use towels to wipe excess water after a shower incase you accidentally stained it then if I can’t be washed why put laundry at the hotel!? I mean they should make it clear that you only paying this money for accommodation but the towels and sheets are for you pay for ! It’s ridiculous! There’s lots of hotels in Dar with superb service and great neighborhood no one needs such inconvenience please stay away!!!!! They lack customer service and are greedily making you pay for unreasonable costs! Worst...

I have been visited this place 3 times, the rooms are very neat, The problem is the staff, seems are unprofessionals. When you get in nothing you are provided as hotel rules, one time i went to the restaurant 10.10am. The waiter told me I was late for breakfast then nothing left . It was not problem for me, since i thought the guys were at a shift maybe they have finished to serve and want to quit. But I stayed 1 hr at the restaurant and all staff were there just doing nothing. I had no option but to find alternative elsewhere. Some key staff are not friendly and helpful. However the hotel is...

Located off main Bagamoyo Road, I found this hotel to be a great place to rest. They have a fully stocked restaurant on the second floor. All rooms are on the upper floors (above the 2nd floor). The rooms are spacious & clean. WiFi on every floor, works. Hot shower is available & the quietness within the hotel accords visitors the opportunity for a good night's rest. Their breakfast however is "skimpy," and the parking lot is small - it's extremely difficult to park or leave the parking without someone guiding the driver. Overall, a great hotel & prices for rooms are within normal range. I...
