Avoid at all cost here why:
For a project, we have been customer for 10 years, recently out staff change and the last employe managing Zesha accounts had change the Zesha passwords without sharing them with us.
on the 1.1.2024 our DNS records managed by Zesha stopped working so I tried to connect and fix the DNS but the account address had been updated to our former employee.
So I created a ticket (689329), I thought that having access to all invoice, the project manager, the project accountant and proof of payment in addition to the website that is clearly not working would be enough but NO, Zesha support only want to hear about the last employee that manage the account for 3 years.
