This is a good Campsite. As with all Camping areas, there is No luxuary than the one you bring yourself. Toilettes have been okay, but you'll have to bring your own paper. We had two good nights there, but this was mostly due to our amazing Guide and cook

nice campsite, new and clear bathrooms, Seems to be little unknown so not as crowded as Nyani. Many animals pass through at night ( hippo, zebra, buffalo)

Der öffentliche Zeltplatz ist mitten im Serengeti. Safari-Anbieter bringen die Zelte, das Essen und den Koch selbst mit. Die Toiletten waren in einem ordentlichem Zustand. Nachts kamen Zebras, Büffel und Hyänen zum Camp. Tagsüber konnte man Affen und Antilopen sehen. Von den Temperaturen war es angenehm. Da die Köche ab 5 Uhr morgens schon anfangen das Frühstück vorzubereiten ist es dann auch schon relativ laut. WLAN gibt es nicht.

Tumbili Public Campsite is the closest you can be to the Wild-wild African wild. Just b4 sunset we reached & helped the Driver-Guide and our cook to erect the tents and settled for a couple of sundowner and then had dinner. All thru the night you can hear Lions Growl at a distance and Hyenas howling close by. One Advice: Don't drink a lot of water before going to bed. The washrooms are a few hundred meters from the Tent area and you don't want to walk the distance alone to relieve yourselves at dead of...
