M.R. Hotels ltd. — Hotel in Iringa Region

I spoke to the manager, very rude and insensitive! Sent repeated mails without a single reply, called about 15 times before I could get a hold of him, and when I finally did he told me he does not have the time to entertain me, he will reply when he is free. Asked for the rates, he told me HE DOES NOT KNOW!! How unprofessional and Rude is that? ||This hotel needs to do serious thinking on the type of staff they appoint, dismissing potential customers like that just does not serve well.||Overall a very bad experience! Wouldn't recommend...

Located in the main area of Iringa this hotel, not that old, is starting to become run down and definately needs some TLC! Our room was small, but reasonably clean,no TV, dinghy sort of bathroom, quite unwelcoming staff (except for the old guard in the car park area), secure parking. Breakfast is in the adjoining restaurant and is very basic. We had lunch there also which, again, was basic, however the young waiter was very pleasant. No alcohol allowed. That's about all I could say about M.R. Hotel - it's basic, but okay...

I really enjoyed the two nights spent over the hotel.|Only few cons that the parking is away too tiny so I sometimes had to part my car outside the gate. |I ordered room serviced food, the lady told me to wait 30min as they're making fresh food but it took forever so I had to buy food from local shops just outside the hotel.|I recommend this hotel....next time I visit the town...
