Magical. I live in London and its so exciting. But I never dreamed I would have the opportunity to visit such a beautiful, awe inspiring and stunning place such as Ruaha National Park. None of this would have been possible without the brilliant David, our tour guide. Riding in a amazing jeep (living out my Jurassic Park fantasy) we visited the park three times. We saw elephants, giraffes, zebra, lions, hungry hungry hippos, guinea fowl, hornbill, crocodile, impala, hyrax, kudu, eagles, storks, warthogs, a pair of loved up jackal and even a safari squirrel. Ace! Plus most of the animals had there babies with them. Cute!!!!!!!! Racing through the park, climbing stairs to rocks to look at baoons, analysing skulls of beasts no longer with us, traversing rope bridges...I felt like an adventurer. I could not recommend more. Plus once we're out of the park David had the best tunes. Once I'm a lifetime. Could not recommend more.

We had a great time on our 2-day safari in Ruaha National Park. We went in January and the park was really green, the landscape was really beautiful and scenic. We saw giraffes, zebra’s, elephants and many more animals. Our guide Serafino was really experienced and told us a lot about all the animals and plants/trees. The food was really good, the banda we slept in was nice and during night we heard the sounds of hippo’s. The trip was well organised and we did not have to wait on anything, I would definitely recommend Bateleur!

We had a fantastic experience with a 5 day safari in Ruaha with Bateleur. Everything was arranged for our trip with 1 days notice (we booked locally in Iringa with the very helpful Helen) so we could truly relax and enjoy our honeymoon. Our guide Jimmy was absolutely incredible: with 5 years of experience in the park he was both extremely knowledgeable and well connected which is quite important for the rarer animals. Cannot recommend highly enough to book your safari with Jimmy if he is available!

I had such an incredible experience with Bateleur. I first contacted Helen and she was so incredibly helpful. She helped out during my entire stay in Iringa including visiting the local heritage sites and the natural pillar formations. I would also have to say that she offers the best prices in Iringa. She’s also a very kind person who takes care of every aspect of your trip. I also did the Ruaha national park Safari. ( two days.) with the company. boy it was amazing. We saw all the big five except the rhino. The National Park is stunning with three different landscapes and very high density of animals. Our guide Zac was amazing, friendly and professional. I had such an incredible time with him, he’s so knowledgeable and took us to the best spots to watch sunrises and sunsets. he knows where all the animals are despite the national park being so big. Highly highly recommend Helen and Zac. can’t wait to come back to Iringa and do more...

We booked a 3-day safari at the wild and less touristic Ruaha National Park with Bateleurs and we had such an amazing time!! Our guide, Serafino, was very knowledgeable and such a nice person. It was an adventurous dream to drive in the amazing private jeep and Serafino showed us all the amazing animals of Ruaha National Park (lions, leopard, giraffes, kudu’s, elephants, zebra’s, crocodiles and a lot of different kind of birds. We had a lovely Banda just next to the river, where the hippos came to visit us (on a safe distance). Thank you very much guys and keep up...
