Kibo Homes Moshi — Hotel in Kilimanjaro

I was so disappointed in this place. Many of the big amenities in the listing we booked from are missing: gym, breakfast, oven. Many other listed amenities were missing upon arrival but were brought eventually: soaps, salt/olive oil, bug nets. The kitchen was infested with gnats upon arrival and the floor very dirty. Broken glass in the downstairs bathroom, and leaking shower upstairs. Backyard was not as photographed (I stayed in house 3 but the photos are not of house 3) - it was almost all dirt (no grass). Host very long to respond. Local manager unable to assist with simple things like rides into town for a fair price. Multiple power outages which is normal for Moshi, but the generator was not strong enough to handle the outages so we were without power and internet many times. When it worked, the internet was strong. Because of the serious inaccuracies in the listing, I had to pursue the booking platform we used for refund as host was unwilling to compensate.
