The place surprised us, being so neat and cosy and also very clean. First and foremost, the view you are getting is definitely one of the most amazing views on the island. There is a beautiful beach with no beach boys or unwanted guests. The terrace is spacious, with a nice clean swimming pool/jacuzzi built in. The decorations, lightening in the evening time, interior design, it was all so nice! ||||The kitchen and the bathroom were also clean, which is a huge asset. I spent a weekend at Malcom residence, and let me tell you that it was wonderful experience. I instantly fell in love with the property. It was a beautiful place to unwind, take in scenery of the beautiful beach that provides privacy, The facility was absolutely luxurious and cozy. They owners were, very friendly, helpful and all together made the whole experience just that much better. The hotel is located on the cliffs and so the view is phenomenal. There is still access to the ocean to swim and to snorkel, which was something that I definitely took advantage of. I'd also like to mention that the food here was phenomenal. The food was always very impressive, fresh fish and seafood daily on site. The rooms were very well kept, and the detailing in the decor was stunning. No noise, comfortable beds, all the works. We had booked malcom residence (house no. 2) for 1 month for 2300€ through AirBnB. Upon arrival, no one was there, the property was closed. A local helped us to contact someone from there. The host slept through our booking, accordingly the house was not prepared for our arrival. It was dirty, unkempt, desolate, broken furniture, and in need of major renovation. Outside on its own property is a messy and dirty construction site. The price for the "villa" was a usury. We moved out after 2 days, because we first had to find another place to stay - if we had taken actual photos or a tour beforehand, we would not have moved in!
