Omg definitely stay at this hotel … if you wanted to be bitterly disappointed and treated poorly!!! We arrived and found our “superior triple room” to not match the photos we saw on Booking.com at all, which was the first shortcoming. Then, when we sat down on our beds, found that the bed clothes were really damp. We went down to reception and tried to speak to the two young men at reception, who couldn’t be more than 17 years old and no English between them, and asked politely if we could change rooms as we were not satisfied with the room - particularly the bed clothes. We tried to communicate with them on a few occasions using Google Translate but they claimed they didn’t know what was being typed into Translate and then refused to listen/read anything on the Translate app. They merely just muttered things to one another and sniggered at us. No attempt to try understand us or give help. Finally, they were able to communicate to us that we couldn’t move rooms as there was nothing available for us but they did provide us with new, clean sheets. We gave in and decided to go back up and to our room and change the sheets, only to find the rest of the bed clothes in an APPALLING state (see pics). We were disgusted and packed up our bags right away as we did not want to stay in an unclean bed that had horrible stains on it from god knows what. As we didn’t get to speak to a manager during our short stay, I sent a message to the property via Booking to explain the dissatisfaction and have still got no reply - this was over three weeks ago. Don’t waste your money...
Read morethe reason behind giving the hotel 5 star,credit goes to AJAY KUMAR PANDEY the manager of the hotel...we were going through our toughest time that anyone could face where our passports were robbed and were helpless but this man ajay uncle was a replica of a god for us at that time he helped us till the last we were all broken but ajay uncle was there to help us at any time at any place for any reason..we never felt that we were meeting him for the first time..we are very much thankfull to AJAY KUMAR PANDEY for his greatfull help eventhough not knowing each other before..we are very greatfull that we were staying in HOWARD SQUARE and getting all those help which we needed we are back to our country on the proper time all because of AJAY KUMAR PANDEY thank you so much uncle....we really miss you..!!!if we try to visit the city again will only be there to meet you uncle not intrested to visit the city...last but not the least the hotel would automatyically be mindboggling their foods,staff,we felt safe there at that time THANK YOU HOWARD SQUARE that we met you all and yes AJAY KUMAR PANDEY UNCLE...

Read moreI give this hotel four stars and I’ll tell you why it’s all about the staff the staff is amazing very friendly made me feel at home and like one of the family I have stayed in four and five star hotels and not had a drop of hot water here I had hot water my air conditioner work my refrigerator work the microwave worked great Location you’re not right in the midst of the clubs but yet very close to get there if that’s your thing also it’s very close to the other historic sites in the north and south of Bangkok they also have an amazing conference room on the roof with an incredible view of the city at night large open windows that allow city lights to come in there’s a kitchen and bar up there with restrooms if you have a wedding reception bridal shower baby shower whatever your event this is the place to go.
