House of Tango — Restaurant in Bang Khlo Subdistrict

Wow. Just wow. Another wow again. Not the kind of wow you would attribute to a positive emotion. This type of wow is the shock and awe kind at the audacity of this establishment. The restaurant breathes a statement that the owners are wealthy and that this place serves more as a passion hustle rather than a bread and butter unit. That’s not wrong in its own right but at least the food should reflect quality, value, and taste.

Not only was the price overblown but the portion looked made for a miniature creature, namely a Hobbit sized meal, but charged to a human sized wallet. I am a fair and firm person when it comes to food and it is clear that value is placed at the bottom of the food chain here where basic items are inflated to astronomical lengths.

If you want to come for the decor, by all means come take your photos but skip the food. Please revisit your pricing strategy. It...

The atmosphere was good, and it was nice for taking pictures, but that’s about it. The food was average, nothing special, and overpriced.

The service was quite terrible. They kept moving us around because high-priority guests were arriving, and we were eventually placed in a dark corner. Foreign guests don’t feel welcomed here. We were disappointed that we wasted our time and money visiting this place.

It was my girlfriend's birthday and the way they treated us made my girlfriend sad and disappointed so I had to book another plan for the night which turned out great.

An awesome restaurant, decorated so festively. Well laid tables with beautiful crockery. And truly delightful service. The food was spectacular, every item we ordered was delicious. Beef Wellington with red wine sauce Baby Chicken Tango Crab with Spaghetti in red sauce (forgot the exact name) Truffle Ravioli Mushroom Truffle Risotto Ceasar Salad Mac & Cheese The Beef Wellington comes in 3 sizes which I think is such a good idea.
