PRL เพลส — Hotel in Chan Kasem Subdistrict

Why can't I provide no stars at all. The guy from reception is lack of proper manner, He put refrigerator charges in every month of our bill even though we don't have one in our room. When we go to tell him, he asked us to come back later since he always busy talking with girls on the phone. He even refused to pay back our safety deposit without proper explanation and finally managed to get it back after several complains and contacts for three days. On top of that, a lot of noise coming from big construction site behind and our room from 3rd floor is sometimes even shaking due to vibration from the site. We have rent and stayed at this place for 6 months. Even it is remotely located and far away from every access to public transportation, we had to stay there because of...

All the experience we got is total nightmare. Be careful of the guy from the reception who is highly aggressive . He overcharged us electricity over 100 units but never say sorry for his wrong calculation over room bills, he doesn't even like people coming to tell him because of his countless mistakes of every room bills and sometimes shouting at customers coming from some background and a great example of being a racist. The owner himself is a kind of hypocrite who pretends to be a nice guy but turned out to be a big cheater to make overcharges in every possible ways. At least, we are glad that we finally managed to get out of this...

จริงๆแล้วไม่อยากให้เลยสักดาว ‼️Bad room, Bad place, Bad service, Bad smell, Bad polution, this hotel is waste of time and money‼️

เราจองผ่านแอพ อกด. แล้วอีกโรงแรมที่จองห้องเต็ม (ซึ่งพนักงานไม่ได้อธิบายอะไรให้ฟังเลย มีปากไว้ทำไม?) เรากับแฟนเลยโดนย้ายมาให้นอนตึกนี้ เพราะเป็นโนงแรมเครือเดียวกันแต่มี 4ตึก ซึ่งตึกนี้เหลือแค่ 1ห้อง สุดท้าย ซึ่งโรงแรมไม่เหลืออะไรให้เลย ทั้งหมอน ผ้าขนหนู คือ หมอนเหลือใบเดียว ผ้าขนหนูเหลือผืนเดียว แล้วพนักงานถามเรากับแฟนว่า แบ่งกันใช้ได้ไหม? ในใจนี่แบบ ห้ะ? แต่คนนี้ยังบริการดีกว่าพนักงานกะ 5ทุ่ม อีกที่

แล้วสภาพผ้าขนหนูคือ เหมือนผ้าเช็ดรถ ทั้งบาง ทั้งเล็ก กลิ่นก็อับ ลิฟก็เก่าอีก พอมาถึงห้อง เปิดประตูห้องมา สิ่งแรกที่เจอคือแมลงสาบ!!! เดินกันทั่วห้อง 4-5 ตัว สภาพห้องคือเหมือนไม่เคยทำความสะอาดเลยเป็นเดือน เพราะมีทั้ง ฝุ่น หยากใย่เกาะทุกที่ ห้องเหม็นอับมาก กลิ่นแบบเหม็น และเก่า สภาพห้องโทรมมาก เหมือนไม่เคยมีใครมาดูแล มาทำความสะอาด พื้นห้องมีคราบสีดำเป็นรอยรองเท้า(มาจากไหน?) ห้องน้ำยาแนวทุเรศมาก เพดานก็เปิดช่องนึง มีแต่ฝุ่น แถมมีกลิ่นบุหรี่อีก ซึ่งมาจากไหนอีกก็ไม่รู้

ประตูระเบียงก็ทุเรศ เบี้ยวๆ พังแหล่ไม่พังแหล่ ในห้องไม่มีตู้เย็น เฟอร์นิเจอร์เก่า เหม็น ไม้ลอก ประตูตู้เสื้อผ้าก็ปิดไม่ได้ เตียงก็มีแต่ฝุ่น ผ้าห่ม ผ้าปูที่นอน หมอน ทุกอย่างบนเตียง เประฝุ่น และเหม็นอับหมด! แถมหมอนก็เบี้ยวๆ สภาพเหมือนปลอกหมอนใหญ่กว่าหมอนแต่ก็ยัดๆเอา ผ้าปูเตียงก็ขาดเป็นรู แถมแมลงสาบอยู่ใต้เตียงกันเป็นฝูง

เอาจริงๆคือ เรากับแฟนไม่กล้านอนเลย ไม่กล้าอาบน้ำด้วยซ้ำ เสียดายเงิน เสียดายความรู้สึก เหนื่อยก็เหนื่อย โมโหด้วย แต่ทำไรมากไม่ได้เพราะดึกแล้ว ก็เลยทนๆ นอนไป แล้วรีบตื่นมาเช็คเอ้าท์ แถมตอนนอนแฟนเราก็เจอโกสอีก(มาแค่เสียง)

โคตรแย่ แย่ทุกอย่าง มีทั้งฝุ่น มีทั้งแมลงสาบ มีทั้งกลิ่นเหม็น คราบสกปรก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกไม่เหมาะสม สิ่งแวดล้อมทั้งนอกตึกและในตึกคือไม่ได้เลย การบริการก็แย่ แถมยังมีโกสอีก แต่ not surprise มาก ด้วยสภาพห้องถ้าจะมีก็ไม่แปลก จ่ายไป300กว่าบาท ยังแพงไปด้วยซ้ำกับสิ่งที่เรากับแฟนได้เจอ
