The property combines a hotel with residential suites, offering a unique experience. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. However, I encountered some issues during my stay. I booked a suite room but was given an accessibility suite, which appeared to have been unused for a long time as there was dust everywhere—on the floor, shelves, kitchen, and even in the bathroom.

The bathroom was spacious but lacked a shower curtain, causing water to splash all over. Despite this, the view from the room was stunning, especially at sunset. I recommend requesting a higher floor for an even better view.

Unfortunately, there are only two elevators serving the entire building, and they were often crowded. To make matters worse, one elevator was out of service during my stay.

On the bright side, the pool and gym have fantastic views, making them a highlight of the hotel. Additionally, they have a shuttle car service that provides convenient transportation to Central and nearby restaurants. However, breakfast was a little bit disappointing, with limited choices and bland-tasting food. The beverage staff’s service could also use some improvement.
