Bakkai Seaside Kitchen — Restaurant in Chon Buri Province

First of all me and my hasband came back for second time because we love the food and the view here. Unfortunately this time was different. After we ordered, the waitress served 2 small size of stir-fried veggies as a side dish.(we didnt order it) We want to have some more so we asked if we could have one more (We thought it was a complimentary) But the waitress will charge for the extra one so that fine because i order it. But she told us that the first 2 side dish was already charged to our bill too 50 bt each.. I was a little confused. Why do i have to pay for food that i didnt order???
