Stayed here for 2 nights. The room appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned properly, with many insect wings by the main entrance door and inside the bathroom. Bathroom also had a musty smell and no hand soap. Many dead insects on the floor, on the headboard and even smashed into the wall. Lots of yellow stains on the bedsheets and couch, bed was hard and pillows were flat, made sleeping very uncomfortable. Found hair in the fridge and on the room telephone, as well as dust everywhere. Housekeeping had to be called and even the replaced bedsheets had yellow stains on them. TV was difficult to turn off and WiFi connection was poor, with connection dropping every 5/10 minutes. We came when it rained so that may have interfered with the connection. The main door needed to be forced to shut properly. The AC in the room was great and not loud, which was nice. Friendly manager and reception staff. The area where breakfast and lunch/dinner is served are at different locations, with lunch/dinner served by the beachfront. The breakfast had a decent variety catering to Thai people and foreigners, and was in a nice indoor area. Dinner also had a decent selection and good portion size, with mostly seafood options but also non-seafood options and a western menu section. However, the staff were dismissive when asked if they could help us, as many flies kept landing in our food (all the surrounding doors were opened and no overhead fans, so had to keep swatting flies away from food every few seconds). Nice beach with lots of bars/food areas along the street, as well as clothing stores/massage parlours/cafes. Overall, nice area and great if you want to spend time on the beach and explore the local area, but rooms require much...

We stayed at this hotel overnight to catch a flight to Bangkok. The team was responsive via Facebook when I contacted them in advance to book a taxi to pick us up at the pier, returning from Koh Tao. The taxi driver was very nice and patient—she waited for us as the ferry was delayed and even helped us ordering food via phone before the kitchen was closed. When we got to the hotel, around 10 pm at night, we learned all transfers to the airport in the morning were booked, and the couple of other taxi companies they know were already closed for the day. Grab does not work in this area, so it was nearly impossible to get to the airport first thing in the morning. After much begging, someone in the hotel agreed to drive us very early in the morning, before the first client they have booked (to catch our same flight). We ended up getting to the airport almost 3 hours earlier, but we had no other option. I recommend that if you are using this hotel for catching the 9:00 am Air Asia Flight to Bangkok, book the airport transfer in advance as is a small town with not many taxi options. The front desk staff was really trying to help, and they accommodated our food requests nicely (late dinner and pack breakfast boxes in the morning). The room was very spacious, not very clean (sandy and semi wet floor, hairs on the tub, the table had stains…). We couldn’t use any of the facilities as we checked-in late at night and left...

We stayed as a couple in July 2023 and paid 1425 THB/n for a standard double room including breakfast. Check in was smooth, allowed us to check in 90 minutes early which was appreciated. Grounds are very nice, lovely pool overlooking beach, pool table in lobby area (costs). Provided scooter hire, 250/day which is very reasonable. Our room was very nice, looks like it has been refurbished quite recently and in good condition. Lovely green foliage in front of window and balcony giving nice green outlook and privacy but otherwise no view. Little bit of construction noise from balcony during the day as they are currently refurbishing some of the nearby bungalows. Bathroom dated and tired looks like they didn't bother to refurbish that at same time as room but adequate. Breakfast very good, mostly Thai style which we like anyway. Bed firm and comfortable. Some noise at night from other guests in hallway and a gecko somewhere in the building called a couple of times during night but not too bad. Location is great, right on beach with a number of restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance. Cheapest food options are if you turn right and walk about 300m you'll start to see more local establishments with better prices. All in all the stay was very enjoyable, we wanted to stay another night but couldn't because it was booked out, will definitely consider again when next...

I booked a room at your hotel through Klook. When making the reservation, I was very impressed with the hotel’s photos and the appearance of the guest rooms, which led me to choose your property. However, during my stay, I noticed several areas that could be improved: Issues: • The outside area was dimly lit and had many mosquitoes, which made moving around at night somewhat uncomfortable. • The floor inside the room had cracks and peeling, and the furniture showed signs of wear. • The sofa was stained, which affected the overall sense of cleanliness. • A pair of socks from a previous guest was left in the drawer, which gave off an unpleasant odor. Positive points: • The mattress was a little firm, but the pillow was at a comfortable height and provided good support, making it easy to sleep. Suggestions for improvement: • More thorough cleaning, including inside drawers and furniture. • Maintenance of room facilities, such as repairing floor cracks and furniture damage. • Improved lighting and mosquito control in the external areas. I believe that addressing these points would make the stay more comfortable and safe for future guests. I look forward to seeing these improvements in your hotel.

An absolute gem as Others have commented > so very glad I trusted said comments & booked > will definitely be returning and perhaps upgrade to a bungalow which looks very nice. The few comments I would make for improvement are minor at best and honestly not worth citing in my humble opinion. The few negative comments I ran across should be filed under "spoiled 1st World problems" only be reserved for 5 Star & above properties...so what if some of the room towels need replacing or there was a tiny lizard trying to snuggle up with You > Newsflash to those who dare to complain as such > deal with it!! ..this is the very tiny compromises One must be willing to accept while traveling to such Paradises as Thailand > like someone coming to Thailand and complains about the heat... really😂 Added draw for me...the Staff was making certain a new liter of puppies were being well cared for by their Mama... nesting in cool safety under the deck near the office ❣️ Pic of Mama making her rounds 1 fine afternoon while I was enjoying the pool....all to myself > Paradise found ✅ Fantastic Staff all around who shows they want to surpass expectations....at least my experience > looking forward to returning 💯% 👍
