We had such an amazing experience staying here. We booked the top villa. I think there may be two of them based on the pictures I saw on Google. We did not know what to expect as we were not sure what Kamala Beach had to offer. But what we found was this amazing mountain villa with views of the Andaman sea, city lights and just serenity and tranquility. The caretaker Dao and the staff were extremely attentative and always were there at the push of a button. We used their cooking services a few times for some delicious gourmet meals. From Thai cuisine to Burmese delicacies, Dao is an expert. We ordered fresh lobster and crab for one meal and we could not get enough. Dao also would go purchase anything we wanted so we would always request groceries and alcohol daily and she would have them ready with the receipt for us to pay. The villa has traditional Thai architecture with gabled ceilings. All rooms have solid hardwood floors. There are 7bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, a huge family room area with another bed in case you have more guests. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The infinity pool overlooks the sea. It is a great place to relax in the rain. There is a smaller shallow pool in case you have kids that cannot swim.
The location is great and is easily accessible to all ride sharing services. If you want to walk, it's about a 15min walk to downtown Kamala, where you can get massages, suits tailored, a very nice boardwalk by the beach with local food stall vendors and local shops and restaurants. You can see Phuket Fantasea at night. We were even treated to some massive fireworks which added to a great evening. Be aware that at 5am the Masjid prays and they use a loudspeaker which can be heard. I am a light sleeper so I was woken up almost daily. The only lacking part of this villa is that some bathrooms are strange with the toilet inside th shower or the shower is too low on the wall so difficult for a tall person, unless they are ok with handheld showering. The lighting is not the best in the bathrooms as well but easy to get over. But overall, this is the perfect villa. Large enough to fit 14 guests and just an amazing experience to create lots...

Upon our arrival there are so many things were not well prepared
There was no Lightning service in some of the rooms. There is leakage in the AC, and when we inform them about the issue, they said its not solvable because we are using the ac too much and they cost us on the usage of the ac although its not fixed and the leakage still there. The rooms were not clean, as we saw dirts on the bed upon our arrival. Insects are everywhere which might harm the kids. The toilet chair was not clean as there is leakage around the chair with dirts and when they tried to solve the issue they put paste around it, but it still has leakage and bad smell. The toilet hose was loose and have leakage The shower is too old because the pressure of the water is very poor with dirts The kitchen was not cleaned enough, there was food in the kitchen that belongs to the previous guests. The fridge is not clean and has odor smell. We saw some cables in the freezer which is not safe at all.
As a part of our privacy, the host keeps coming and checking every while on the villa without asking us or requesting to check.
All these points and incidents were happens on our first day and today 7/7/2022 is our second day and these issues still happening, and we were informed that we are not allowed to invite our friends to the villa for any kind of gathering which is not mentioned in the policy section and the host wants to charge us for our...

We booked the japonese villa for a 3 weeks family holiday in august 2024 because from the marketing the place were presented premium. We were promised words like „dining at its best“, „private cook available“ and „large quantity of luxurious wooden and leather furniture“…
Unfortunately we found something completey different.
None of the luxurious furniture, the fine dining glasses or decoration were existing. Instead we found cheap, small and unluxurious furniture and not even enough sunbeds for my small family. We found plastic cuttlery, non matching glasses, broken toilet seats, broken showers, broken window blinds, fallen off or dusty vents, broken door locks, hair from previous guests all around and a fridge thats smelled after fish.
The awaited beautiful sun terrace was closed due to non progressing construction works.
We asked the owner for a compensation which he refused completely so we decided to leave immediately after 1 night and had to go the legal way in order to make him understand that lying with marketing is called fraud. We have been legally confirmed.
Afterwards the local staff told us, that this has happened already 3...
