In case it matters to you, the daytime staff probably speaks not much English, but that's none of my concerns really, as I always speak Thai. The nighttime staff often responds in English though.||About 1 km from big busstation 1, and 8 km from new busstation 3 (100 Baht taxi ride). (It's very near to busstation 2, but that's out of service for buses, only vans.)
