Pure Laguna Residence by Nice Sea Resort — Hotel in Ko Pha Ngan

Terrible service and unbearable conditions. I arrived at the hotel at 6 PM, within the check-in time stated on their website (available until 9 PM). As soon as I entered the room, I found that the toilet wouldn't flush at all. I asked the staff to fix it, but said I checked out after the check-in time so there is no service now, and I can switch rooms only tomorrow. Later, I tried to shower and discovered that the shower hose was broken, spraying water everywhere, and a strong sewage smell came out from it. In the morning I requested a refund for the night due to these serious issues, and to switch to another room as they promised. But they refused and informed me that these issues existed in all the rooms, and forced me to leave the hotel.

A shameful experience - highly recommend...

Great location, good AC, very big and comfortable bed. Separate bathroom, well isolated from main room. Beautiful view on the lake if your are on the middle or top floor. Beautiful silence in the morning with some occasional bird sounds.

Constant noise from restaurant MamaKOP playing music with speaker pointing at the condo complex. AC is too strong and loud even when option "Silent" is activated on remote control. Housekeeping only every third day and sometimes even that schedule need a reminder. Toilet was leaking and needed to be fixed by me staying in another...

Terrible experience – Stay away from this hotel!

I booked six nights at pure Lagoon in Koh Phangan through Agoda, but the experience was so awful that I couldn’t stay more than one night – and even that was a nightmare.

The room was in horrible condition – dirty, neglected, and full of bugs that got in because the window wouldn’t close properly. After it rained, water leaked under the door, flooding the room.

The owner refused to help and said the only thing she could do was send someone to clean. And when they did, they didn’t even bother changing the sheets or towels! Everything stayed wet and filthy.

I tried getting a refund for the rest of my stay through Agoda (24,000 baht), and they only offered me 1,200 baht. A complete joke. No real assistance, and the hotel completely ignored my complaints.

Horrible service, disgusting rooms, and total disregard for guests. Don’t waste your money here!

הזמנתי שישה לילות ב-pure Lagoon בקופנגן דרך Agoda, אבל החוויה הייתה כל כך נוראית שלא יכולתי להישאר שם יותר מלילה אחד – וגם זה היה סיוט.

החדר היה במצב מחפיר – מלוכלך, מוזנח, ומלא ברחשים שנכנסו כי החלון לא נסגר כמו שצריך. אחרי הגשם, מים חדרו פנימה מתחת לדלת, והחדר כולו הוצף.

בעלת המקום סירבה לעזור ואמרה שהדבר היחיד שהיא יכולה לעשות זה לשלוח מנקה – וכשניקו, הם אפילו לא טרחו להחליף את הסדינים והמגבות! הכל נשאר רטוב ומלוכלך.

ניסיתי לקבל החזר על יתרת השהות דרך Agoda (24,000 באט) – והם הציעו לי רק 1,200 באט. פשוט בדיחה. לא קיבלתי שום סיוע אמיתי, והמלון התעלם לחלוטין...
