Nice and quite clean. New resort with 3 months of opening. Friendly staff, they were scared of us because we came in with cold, wearing mask to protect them and they related to covid...but everything went well.||Room with big windows, Thai design bed very good mattress, yoga bed frame with leather mattress, very nice.||Fridge, desk, clothes wardrobe, towels, coffee, boiler all in order.||With beach 300mt, but difficult to swim, the tide is almost always low and has many mangroves, the sea water is super salty you can float without problems.||The restaurant is a bit expensive for the portions served and the food is not very special.||Resort inserted in a very beautiful and well prepared garden, close to basically everything.||Mo Mo the cat stayed...
Read moreWe are very happy with our room. The service is exceptional, our room is being cleaned and tidied up every day. The host is such a friendly and helpful lady. Offered us to rent a motorbike for a good price. The A/C works fine, we've got a small fridge and water bottles are provided. However, the water pressure in the shower isn't amazing and there is no hot water but it was doable as there is also a rainforest shower. Our towels haven't been changed but maybe we just have to ask. The insects are very noisy - some people might feel disturbed by their noise, other people might find it relaxing and peaceful. The insects that makes noice are Cikadas , for me its enchanting every sunset...its part of a real tropical experience.
If you want look around there are motocy or bicycles for rent. I especially recommend Had Laem Beach. It might be THE MOST FASCINATING BEACH in all Thailand...its like a string of beaches going out 2-300meters in the sea only 250 meters from Koh Yao Noi.
Other places nearby is ko Hong and Lao Lading. Took a longtailboat there .
