We stayed in a 4-bedroom villa with a private pool, and we were absolutely blown away by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The entire villa is on one level, but there’s plenty of space — it felt like a real home away from home for our group.||The layout was ideal: one bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom, two more bedrooms with king beds, and one bedroom with two single beds. The shared bathroom was convenient, and there was air conditioning in every bedroom as well as in the living room.||The pool gets sunshine most of the day and the water temperature was perfect — even at midnight! While it’s not huge, it was more than enough for our group of five guys to hang out, cool off, and enjoy meaningful conversations. The only minor downside was the low lighting around the pool at night, but it’s still lit enough to enjoy a swim after dark.||A BBQ is available upon request — just reach out to the owner, who was super responsive and easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. Whether we needed advice, help with the BBQ, or wanted to arrange the free shuttle to the beach or Ao Nang town, she was always helpful. The shuttle is a great bonus, especially since the villa is located a bit away from the beachfront.||A 3,000 THB cash deposit is required at check-in and is refunded at check-out if there’s no damage. Although the Villa is for eight people, there are only two sunbeds and three chairs by the pool, until the first two people lie down, the remaining 6 have to wait in line🙂. Realy funny. But let's leave the pool alone, it wasn't the biggest problem. In the rooms, one air conditioner was broken, the other was working noisy as a tractor, we are not picky so even that would be liveable but there is mold inside, on the walls, behind the beds, behind wardrobes and even in the closets. All the rooms in the hut are moldy, the closets stink of mold. Believe me these are unsanitary conditions. Our little girl had a asthma attack on the first night, and we realized that we couldn't stay here any longer. After informing the hosts, we received an answer that they regret so much, and that mold in the rooms is normal in Thailand. Since we could not stay here due to the threat to our health, I asked to return at least part of the money, but the answer shocked me: we will not return the money because this is our business. We do not want to humiliate these "entrepreneurs", but we want to send a message to future guests. This is a Disaster. Some...
