I have no good things to say about the rooms in the main building (next to the large pool). The walls are completely damp and this emits a strong smell. When we addressed this, were offered a different room in the complex which was facing the same issue (and was actually worse as you could see moist spots on the ceiling). The facilities are also very old in this building and in general I don’t have anything positive to say about these rooms. After we brought this up, staff offered the possibility to stay in the cottages, which are much nicer and do not face similar issues. They were very friendly and understanding and made no problems to make the switch at all. It was maybe because it was end of October and not high season yet, but there was no breakfast buffet, only a limited choice from card. The breakfast was however tasty and service here was great with a very nice view over the calm Pai countryside. It’s a 20-min walk from the city of Pai but they offer a shuttle service and a pickup service so you aren’t too limited in your visits. All in all important to keep in mind the pictures do not give a proper representation of this resort, especially when it comes to the pools and the poolside rooms.

This is my first solo trip to Pai and stayed at Bella villa resort.. distance from drop point to resort like about 10min ride.. 20-30min by 👣 foot. well it was a Superb comfortable stay and wonderful service. They given me pool view room and close to mountain view. No disturbances at all. Front desk check in was quick one and simple English was good to communicate. Breakfast was satisfying. They also have menu for lunch and dinner comes with reasonable price. Resort provides shuttle from town to hotel. To and for service which highly appreciated it. From 7-10pm (if I’m not mistaken) Breathtaking mountain view and cool weather. Resort have 2 pool one one the north view and the other one at the east view from resort. However only one pool was open for the stay coz the other one was still closed for cleaning. Customer service was too kind and easy to communicate. Appreciate for comfortable stay. Things to improve: - to install a proper intercom from room to front desk. - please provide tooth brush and paste. Tips: * bring travel plug adapter if you going Thailand. * mosquito repellent * moisturiser

This is not your big flash resort but a very unique place to stay . Little cabins over looking fields with cattle . Lots of birds . It was nice to have a coffee on the deck and just hear bird sounds nothing else. This resort is close to Pai and they do run a shuttle bus if needed. They have a pool and restaurant where breakfast is served off a menu. Lots of good things to pick from . Really friendly staff there to help if needed.

Before we came here, my girlfriend and I read quite a few negative reviews about this accommodation. I have to be honest and say that we do not recognize ourselves in them at all and had 2 wonderful days. ||I have to say that we stayed in one of the lodges, so I cannot judge the apartments. The lodges are spacious and clean and basically equipped with all amenities. The beds are wonderfully spacious and sleep well. For people with serious back problems perhaps a bit too hard. Here and there some small repairs could be carried out, but nothing was disturbing. The WiFi is not stable, but you see that almost everywhere in Northern Thailand. ||For a Dutch person the shower head hangs really too low, but if that is all.... 😂 ||I also read that people thought the place was dated???? I think many European luxury horses heat style with dating. This is Pai Thailand not a 5 Star hotel in New York, Dubai or Amsterdam. If all goes well, you will be outside 2/3 of the day to explore the beautiful surroundings and take in all the delicious flavors. ||The location of Bell Vila is beautiful but not for party animals. If you want to get drunk every day, go and sit in the middle of Pai..... ||The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was fine. In addition, there is a free shuttle service to The Walking Street available. What more could you want more?||There are 2 swimming pools, the smallest of which may need a little refurbishment, but that is and was not a turn off for us. ||My partner and I had a wonderful...

I did not book this myself, but was here on a Tuk Tuk Club tour. I was surprised when I read the bad reviews and wondered whether they related to a period post-pandemic when the resort was below par and had not yet recovered. |I found our bungalow on stilts to be clean, spacious, comfortable, and really quite stylish. There was a long bench which provided plenty of space for luggage. There was a nice day bed space by the window. The room had a fridge and a safe. The bathroom was spacious with an open feel.|The large restaurant area overlooked one of the two large swimming pools and the fields beyond. Cold beer was available. The staff were courteous. Breakfast was a fruit and salad buffet in addition to a made to order dish with three egg options and three Thai options.|The resort is 1.3km from the main street of Pai which was a do-able walk during the day. However, the resort offered an at-call shuttle into town and we could arrange a pick up time (or call if you had a Thai phone). There was a place that did laundry for B50 per kilo just a few hundred meters down the road.|It was pleasant and peaceful sitting on the little balcony of the bungalow which overlooked the fields. A far more peaceful option than staying in the Freak City...
