Very disappointed service that we ever experienced. I have informed the reservation when I made a reservation that the check in time will be very late after midnight. I and my partner arrived the hotel at 1.20am which we were aware of our lateness. The security guard asked us about how we made a booking, and he immediately called a lady who came out to welcome us, she was horrible to not even say sawasdee to us, she just hand over the key to us. The security guard instead was nice continued to handled our check in. I woke up early and rush to get out for the business and left my partner in the room alone. And I messaged to a receptionist to keep my room for late checkout, bu my partner was so upset feeling hurriedly bad, the receptionist kept calling him to get out from the room and no option or alternative like allow him to wait at the restaurant or lat a lobby area. He felt so down and pushed him to get out. He decided to get a taxi heading straight to Suvanaphummi international airport, and I got him back with extra cost. I arrived the hotel and told that my partner has left and seem no interested to know where he has been, anyway doesn’t matter the matter is why no one would talk to him and give him a bit of place for him to wait for me to be back. The room was hot we expected it was too small we found any ants in bed, and felt not comfortable to sleep, food was not too bad and the service was not bad too. Room has different type, as far as i can see it perfect for group of 6-10 or more in pool villa. You can have your own private pool but its not actually private ‘cause your sound of enjoyment will echo through every door near there
Staff is hard to find. it seems like you have to ‘dont look for them’ so you can find them, but they’re nice and willing to service you. The terrible things is I’ve been called from the room to ask a simple questions like ‘do i want the room clean?’ And ‘do i need anything in the room such as toilet paper, water, or towel?’ You shouldn’t call guest to ask that, I have to get out of the water and ran to answer that, even i couldn’t make it you’re still call to my phone :/ but important information like ‘breakfast will be at lounge today’ you didn’t tell me. Read moreFrom the moment of check in to check out, the front desk/mamagement staff were horrible. Lack absolutely all customer service skills, were rude and overall made the entire trip unpleasant. As just one example, I rented 8 rooms, at about 30,000 baht for the night, they placed glass water bottles which are free in the door side of the fridge, so of course when opening the fridge it toppled over and broke, which isnt a huge deal, but at checkout they had the audacity to add a 50 baht charge (on a 30,000 baht bill) for cleaning the free glass water bottle that broke because they placed it incorrectly in the fridge. It was many small things like that which made me feel like I would rather have spent my money somewhere else (and next time will).
