The Nova park is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in world wide. |We have booked 3 weeks here as part of our honeymoon and still have 10 days left. I have barely slept because of the noise and parties coming from neighbouring rooms and the night club outside which you can feel the bass and hear the music from every night until 6am! So much so the single pane windows in our room rattle! |The room is filthy. Mouldy shower and silicone. Dirt and dust everywhere- under the bed is disgusting! And to top it off there is seamen stains all over our head board of our bed⦠we have had to cover it with towels. Iāve watched the maids ācleanā and they just run a broom over the floor not evening trying to sweep up. |The staff are particularly rude and unhelpful if you ask for anything and Iāve just been told that the manager is on holiday for 4 days and ānobody is in chargeā during that time. |The photos on the website and trip adviser should be removed- they are not accurate at all- the gym for example you will need a tetanus shot before attempting to use. The rooms are dated which is fine but the cleanliness and state of them is awful! |I can not stress enough how terrible this place is. Seriously folks do not book this hotel based on the photos or alleged good reviews. |We come to Pattaya two times a year and know the area well and also the Nova hotel group. However this Nova Park is a hell hole and has ruined a lot of our stay here for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI stayed at Nova Park Hotel, Pattaya with my family for 2 days in October 2024, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms with good amenities like a kitchen, fridge, and comfortable beds, which made our stay very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the lovely swimming pool areaāit was well-maintained and a great spot to relax after exploring the city. The hotelās ambiance, with traditional Thai decor and statues, added a nice cultural touch that we appreciated.
The location is convenientājust a short walk to Pattaya Beach Road, Walking Street, and Central Pattaya Marketāmaking it easy for us to explore the vibrant city life. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made our stay smoother. Breakfast was served nearby but was tasty and satisfying.
A small note: the air conditioning in our room could have been a bit stronger, and some minor renovations would enhance the overall experience. However, for the price and the family-friendly atmosphere, Nova Park Hotel is a solid choice in Pattaya.
I would recommend this hotel for families and travelers looking for a comfortable, affordable stay close to the main attractions.

Ā Ā Ā Read morethe staff were very friendly. the house keeping ladies were so nice give them tips sometimes if you missed up the room trust me they will appreciate it. give them around 100+ baht. they only make 200 baht a day.
i once dropped a rose on the bed sheet and the redness wasn't going. so the room was messy i put 100 baht on the bed. the house keeping lady said the red spot is not going and it's a fine of 1000 baht. but because i gave her a tip she said "don't worry ;) " . be nice to the house keeping ladies at all time that's a great tip.
the hotel from inside is way better. rooms very big. if it's your first time go to this hotel. i am going again and i will book room 708. i had my best moments in that room and i will go specifically book to it.
if you bring many ladies to your hotel room they always have to register their names on the desk. i personally had one girl the entire time.
also there is a safe in the hotel very easy to use. always put your valuables in there. like passport and your entire money. and just carry whats enough for the day.
swimming pool was bad. no life guards and electricity wires hanging out around the water. it wasn't safe. but hey it's Thailand. but i still swam in the pool...
