this is like a supermarket and it is air-conditioned inside. Like what we have in the States. It should be everyone's first stop, in my opinion. The prices are good. The first thing that got my attention because of the rack right in front was the bras. They had a good size selection of bras. At an excellent price. They had both pretty and comfortable bras. They also had more selection to the back. I liked the market because the prices were on the items and the prices were fair. I got a carry-on at a good price. I liked not arguing about prices. At the entrance of the market. I did see a few vendors right before you cross into the marketplace. This market is not for food shopping is for houseware, clothing, toys, car things, appliances, pots, and shoes you get the idea. The market is next to the mall. It does not connect. I was glad I checked...

First went in the Big C 25 years ago at the same location. Obviously some things have changed but still great value in here. On the upstairs there is a small food court where you need to purchase an e card to buy the food. Not a massive selection but plenty enough to satisfy the majority who venture in. I think the most expensive item at the food court was around 75 baht. Upstairs is the clothing/electrical area whilst downstairs is the food and household goods area. If you've never been in Big C then you'll be amazed as to what you can buy in the fresh food area. From fresh fruit and vegetables to pre packed meals...

You need to improve all of your services. Your delivery service is the worst I've ever seen. I haven't seen anything worse anywhere else. Almost every order has some kind of problem. The money for the missing item is not refunded. Even when paying online in advance with a card, I'm still asked to pay for the order upon delivery. And resolving the issue takes a huge amount of time, it's easier to go to the store myself and buy everything.

Searching for items in the app is very difficult. The usability of the app is terrible! It's unusable!
