Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel — Hotel in Pattaya City

I have been there for work about 2 weeks, the hotel staff at the reception provide quite good service. Unfortunately, the breakfast is all the time the same things. Chinese food at the early morning, then western late morning. Somehow, we were a big group and we have to start early, so unavoidable chinese food every morning. I have asked for the consideration if possible to change or mix western into the Chinese food some days, they kept going with the same thing they do. Well, we do not talk about the taste here, just eat to live. If you prefer to please only Chinese tourists and not your clients, you may reserve the rooms only for them. One first time and last time for me and friends. The room is quite ok, maid is at her good service and try to be quick as possible as a big hotel, but maid is very few. No complaint on this at all, no rush. The conference room and the swimming pool are perfect. However, the fitness room is not really available all the time. It is the fitness next door and you need to ask for the coupon from the staff with the fitness open schedule. The hotel is well located though closed to the beach, restaurants, massage,...

This is one of the worst hotels that you would ever see or visit in life. It looks huge from outside but has zero customer value. ||To list down the flaws : ||No one is going to welcome you, all the staff would be at the reception and they would not even look at you forget about giving a customer friendly smile. |The hotel doesn’t have a bell boy/concierge and you will have to carry all the luggage on your own. |The room doesn’t have anything inside apart from the beds.
