What I liked:||Well equipped, fridge with a small freezer section, 4 chairs, 3 tables, plates, bowls and cutlery, a kettle, a wardrobe||Free bottled water and refill stations||Fast and reliable wifi, although need to enter passwords everytime my devices restarting||Good chicken rice porridge included 7:30-10:00, but it's the only choice everyday. Wish it changed daily ||Communal kitchens on every floor with microwaves.||Quiet during night among abandoned buildings.||There's a lace curtain and a dark curtain||Working hot water with shower||Good insulation, so the room remains cooler than outside||||What I didn't like:||Sewer smell from bathroom||AC's thermostat not precise, leaving me feel too cold or too hot often. Fan function still forced AC for some reasons, when all I needed was a fan. Otherwise, AC is strong enough.||There's only one short bar to hang dry in balcony. As a hotel near the beach, it's fatal not to be equipped with a dryingp rack. There are coin operated washing machines on each floor, but how do we dry our laundries?||A cash deposit of b500 at check in, no holds on credit cards. ||There's no light for bathroom mirror, but you can move the desk lamp closer to the mirror in the room.||Cleaning could be better. There were dust on surfaces in my room, and the garbage in communal kitchen wasn't emptied for days. It likely contains organic waste, it attracts not only odour, but also pests.||||This hotel is owned by A2SEA, it is an unbundled version of it. We get breakfast there. A2SEA offers elevator, access to pool, gym, golf cart ride to beach, but CU guests need to pay for them, but we get great value if we don't need them.||||If you pay directly to hotel, it's b400 a night, but I got much lower price online through a 3rd party. Early check in and late check out are available for fee, rates posted in hallways.||||There are many abandoned buildings in the area, there aren't many dining options near by. If you have your own transportation, then this is a...

Read moreThis place is hard to find and when you book a room here they do not tell you that you have to check in at another hotel. There are no signs for this place and the sois do not have any names on them. I got a large room BUT the toilet smelled bad due to sewer gas so I had to keep the door closed and the fan on when I was in the room. They did not use a cement sealer on the floors when they built this place so there was a water leak on the ceiling from the room above. This left a big stain and mold right over the bed. I booked this place because they said there was breakfast and I paid more per night to get the breakfast. Well the breakfast was noodle soup every day and it was the same soup every day and you could buy it for 25 THB. They DO NOT give you soap or shampoo so you have to go to 7/11 to buy some. The only good thing is this is a quiet place because there is nothing around here...very few places to eat and you are 200 meters from the beach..at least there is a 7/11 at the beach. The traffic is bad so going anywhere can take a long time...this is close to soi 12 and the night market is near soi 8 and it took 30 min on a songtow to get there. There is only 1 tree on the beach where you can sit because all the other shade areas are taken over by the vendors and you have to rent a chair. There is no elevator so you pay more for ground floor room than a room on...
