Natai House — Hotel in Phang-nga Province

Stayed here for 5 nights in Dec. if you like village style of stay and this would be the place for you.||Room: Avoid standard room as it’s just next to the restaurant and main road. Kinda noisy especially when there’s large crowd dining in the restaurant. The room is decent small. I would strongly recommend you to stay at their superior room with just additional THB200-300/night. With superior room, you will definitely enjoy a more quieter stay and in addition with much spacious room and toilet. Since it’s a village; prepare some mosquito repellent. All stay come with a very simple breakfast - sausage, eggs, toast and fruit platter. ||Location: the hotel situated right across a very nice Natai beach (less than 100meters) - clean and siren I would say. We actually used the 5 star resort beach bench during our stay (without getting caught - haha)||Food - very limited food course, for cheap and local food - you may try their in-house restaurant which is right infront of the hotel. Alternatively, you may walk a little bit (200meter) to another restaurant call CoSea Restaurant.||They do have motorcycle hire at THB350 per day. You may ride up north to explore more of the area i.e. Wat Thái Sai Temple at Tambon Thai Mueang, Amphoe Thai Mueang, Chang Wat Phang-nga 82120 (10-15mins ride) - very nice wooden temple which located next to the beach. The best place:|If you are looking for a quiet place, self reflection and soul searching moments this is the best place that I can recommended for you all. ||From Airport:|The distance from Phuket Airport more than 1 hour travel to Natai House||Owner/Manager/Driver:|The Owner Maitre picked me up in the airport and he is very approachable and kind even he did not used to speak English his trying to speak for able to us and understand our communication. ||Days:|I stayed 6 days and 5 nights to this place “Natai House”||Room/Toilet:|I book online and i got this villa house Room P2 in front is the swimming pool area. The room very clean, fully aircon it has own ref and tv. The toilet also very clean and the cabinet for your things fixed inside the toilet and it was open.||Meuk Dang Restaurant:|The restaurant is within the area, along the road, and in front of Natai House. You will love and like the food here. The chef, cook asst, crew are all approachable and always full of smile😀 The wife of Natai House supervise the restaurant and she is so kind.|I like the heavy breakfast offered by this restaurant ( I took the free breakfast online). I had one of the worst rental experiences here. My bathroom literally leaked rainwater from the ceiling (video proof), the piping caused constant bad odours and mosquitoes, and cigarette smoke often entered from other rooms. Due to the extreme humidity inside the room, mold grew on all my clothes and shoes as you can check on the photos. After the works were completed on the room, the garden was left in a filthy state — full of garbage and extremely unpleasant — for over a month. For the record, the video showing rain pouring inside the bathroom was taken after these works were supposedly finished.|When I paid for cleaning twice a month, one session was deliberately skipped — only the bed linen was changed. When I raised this, the landlord dismissed it by calling me “meticulous” and “often criticizing small things.”|||The electrical meter appeared to have been tampered with. as meter seal changed multiple times during my stay, and I noticed unusually fast meter readings despite using the same appliances.|||Even after temporary relocation due to promised repairs, most problems were never fixed, and the ceiling leak remained.
