Stayed here as a group of friends early Feb for 4 days.
Pros: Great location, on the pristine beach of Natai, you can walk along the beach to the jetty where you can watch locals fish and buy snacks. Phuket traffic is horrendous and the location of the villa towards Phang Nga actually makes it easy to get in and out of. The drive to airport is ~25mins all on highways. Well maintained, clean and private villa. the pool is amazing, good size for swimming and lounging. The 5 staffs led by Jane were efficient, friendly and accommodating. Nothing was impossible for Jane and she even got us a lovely cake for my husband’s birthday. Food was great, we ate all meals in the villa and they were all yummy with good varieties. all rooms face west so you get a perfect sunset everyday beds are super comfy, so are the slippers they provide
Cons booking with the agent Elite Havens was disastrous - they’re horrible in communicating and not helpful by all means, eg: asked if there is karaoke machine in the villa, water toys, floaties, baking supplies and the answer is nil in all instances quoted me 7800baht to rent a karaoke machine for 5 hours. For that price I could buy 5 karaoke machines! In fact the agent seemed to have heard a request for karaoke the first time in their life. One would expect this is super common this day and age. when asked if they have floaties and water toys in the villa the agent said no due to sanitary reason (!) and offered to buy for us (at our cost). Arrived at the villa and found 3 totally functional lovely floating beds and toys in the pool. I did not even bother asking what happened. Just feel that the agent found any opportunity to charge us for everything. asked Elite Havens to help arrange some activities for us during our stay, took 10 days on the back and forth and in the end was told to call Thailand and book directly ourselves the villa has a Sony TV which is not internet equipped except for built in Netflix YouTube. Nor can you share screen from Apple devices (androids are ok) which in current standard quite unacceptable imho now while the beds are comfy, you don’t get dark out on all the windows in your bedrooms (see my third photo), so starting from 6-ish the bedrooms started getting so bright making it impossible for a lie in. Fine if you’re the sleep at 10 get up at 6 kind of people. Bring eye masks otherwise. the agent created a WhatsApp group prior to our arrival, which in common sense one would think is for arranging our arrival, stay and departure. Texted to confirm the car pick up on the arrival day only to realise neither the driver nor the villa staffs were in the group, not sure why it was set up in first place. And had to text all other people separately. Very strange thinking. when we got into our bedroom we killed at least 6 mosquitoes after being bitten. Now I understand there are bugs but the staffs did not even think of putting mosquito coils etc prior to our arrival, which is not something detrimental but it is something I expect paying this kind of price. for the price we paid, one would expect better toiletries. The body wash and shampoo provided were dodgy at best, the body wash was like glue one the bottle did not pump properly and we ended up watering it down (!) lastly the location is far from civilisation and I wasn’t alerted when I book, which was still fine as we were planning to spend all our time in the villa anyway. But the downside is, even Grab/ Weserve don’t service the region and we couldn’t get groceries or food from outside. Getting groceries thru the villa staffs cost 26% extra so...

I had the pleasure of staying at Baan Taley Rom for two nights, and it was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with the warm Thai hospitality and impeccable service that made me feel instantly at home.
The villa itself is stunning. It was spacious, well-maintained, beautifully designed, and nestled right on the beachfront. The tranquil surroundings with the infinity pool and lush greenery created a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding. Despite being close to the airport (just a 25 min drive away), the property felt incredibly secluded and quiet, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle.
The staff were exceptional, always attentive, every so accommodating and ready to assist with anything we needed. Every detail was taken care of with genuine care and professionalism. The food was another highlight. Chef Pla (not sure if spelled correctly) prepared fresh and flavorful meals. We had requested for a 'healthier' take on the local cuisine and it was prepared beyond our expectation. Whether it was a Thai specialty or a simple omelet for breakfast, every meal was a delight.
One of the things I appreciated most was the location. While it’s conveniently close to the airport, it’s also just about an hour’s drive to Phuket Town, making it easy to explore the local culture and attractions without sacrificing the serenity of the villa.
The villa would suit people looking for a romantic getaway, a family retreat, or a peaceful place to recharge, Baan Taley Rom is a perfect choice. I left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of...
