Twin Villas Natai — Local services in Phang-nga Province

My husband and I came to Twin Villas Natai to relax after having our first baby in Phuket. I was anxious and struggling with the baby blues, so we decided to do a little vacation to recover, since we didn’t have a babymoon. Best decision ever.

We decided to stay at the family owned TVN, because are able to accommodate a newborn. The location was perfect for what we needed. The villas are located on the mainland just north of Phuket, so we were able to enjoy a quiet and beautiful beach without getting overwhelmed by the hustle and bustle. At the same time, we had peace of mind of knowing that we were close enough to Phuket, so we could drive there if needed.

Upon our arrival, the staff set up a cot with a firm mattress for our baby in our bedroom of choice and made sure we were comfortable throughout the entirety of our stay. Some of them have kids of their own so they were great with our baby and gave us a hand and whenever we needed a breather. Thanks to them, we were able to have an uninterrupted meal on the dinner table… which I know is very rare for new parents! They cleaned our bedroom, bathroom and the living room for us daily, and our laundry was done upon request.

The luxurious villa is beautiful, spacious, modern and very well maintained. We had a private pool and garden to ourselves, so I was able to get in some much needed sunlight and bonding time with my baby at the poolside cabana or garden area by the beach. The upstairs bedrooms all come with their own outdoor showers, which was perfect for whenever I felt anxious.

Our meals were prepared for us by the chef, so we never had to worry about meal planning , cooking, and cleaning.

A lot of our stress and overwhelm as new parents was alleviated during our stay, and we are so thankful that we were able to come here. If you plan to give birth in Phuket and need a beautiful place to recover postpartum, I highly recommend TVN. If you’re looking for a holiday villa for multiple families and kids, TVN is also wonderful option.

We had a company trip for 4D3N in Twin Villas Natai.

It was a great experience especially with Judy. We had so many last minute changes and requests and she even helped us think of best solutions and did all the coordination work.

Lily is the owner of the villa and is very responsive to our texts prior to the stay - though we did not book directly, it was through ministry of villas. Next time, we would definitely book directly from the villa as Ministry of Villa's concierge took quite long (1-2 days) to reply each enquiry as they lack context and details, and yet they are not willing to provide direct contact of the villa manager to us despite full payment completion. I would have gotten all my questions answered in 1 day instead of waiting anxiously for queries to be answered everyday.

View: Sea View was great, situated on the west coast, you get to witness the sunset on the horizons of the sea. Location: TVN is located directly in front of Natai beach, it's not crowded. Transportation: Can be a problem if you plan to use GrabWin or Grab app to hail a taxi, as street hail transportation is rarely available. Book your transport in advance! Housekeeping team: Although they didn't understood English, they still tried their best to decipher what we meant and help out 😂 very humorous and kind people. Cleanliness well taken care of!

Also also, big shoutout to Judy! She was really especially helpful in answering our queries even after working hours during our stay, helping to arrange all the misc items we requested. Really appreciated that she is always ready to help coordinate last minute requests like birthday cake ordering, thai milk teas etc.

We had a great stay overall, everyone that stayed had only good feedback....

We had a fantabulous time at this villa and it fit our requirements so well esp with so many kids amongst us. (10 kids) The villa staff were attentive and were so accommodating with our requests. Taking care of kids was certainly no easy feat as there were constant wet floors, food mess and noise levels!! They took it all in their stride! Jon the villa manager was very friendly and ever ready to support us with bookings, meals, transport and etc. A big shout out to the Chef!! I was super delighted to know that she came from Aleenta as I previously stayed there myself! Kids and adults both throughly enjoyed her bountiful offerings and the extra special requests for different kinds of food for the kids! The whole party was very impressed with the modern architecture yet staying simple and wholesome for families. One feedback was about the pool, we wished it was joined!!! 😊 ooh I do have to commend the staff on staying their grounds regarding sea swimming safety and were always watchful on the kids when they got too...
